Not to bad, holly trees were very cleverly packaged keeping them secure throughout transit and little if any damage occurred.

Everythhng worked smoothly. The tree is growing very well. It came so well packaged that if the carrier had stood it on its hesd, it would have been fine!

My plants arrived totally out of the pots, all the soil loose in the box, plants broken up. Sent photos, received replacement, exactly the same crushed mess. I don't know what these plants look like when the leave the company, but when the got to me they were garbage. Got refund and never again.

I spent months looking through landscaping trees, bushes and flowers as well as fruiting trees and bushes. After mapping out my yard for my first order of trees, I am pleased to say I will order more. The apples trees for my first purchase are exactly what I expected given other reviewers comments and website description. I cannot wait to enjoy all the fruit they have to offer as well as future purchases.

When they arrived they were nothing but twigs, looking nothing like what I saw on line on their website. Called and expressed my displeasure and told the rep I wanted my money back and to start return process. I was told that was not possible. After several calls I was told I would have to pay for shipping and there was a 25% restocking fee. End up agreeing to a 35% discount and keeping the trees which I donated.

I ordered a purple leaf Hollywood plum. I received a different variety. They sent a replacement. The replacement's tag says Hollywood but it has bright green leaves. Not even a hint of purple. So it seems it's a game of roulette as to what you will get. Nice tree, whatever it is.

The trees I ordered were the largest available and the shipping company just left them in the driveway not even in the position the box clearly indicated. The trees were damaged with cut branches and they are not recovering at all. I even paid the extra fee for oversized boxes and from all of my 7 trees only 2 seem to not be that damaged. I don't even find a place to send an email to ask for my guarantee which I also paid an extra amount for it.

My purchase never came. I finally got a refund. I am very disappointed.

I live in Connecticut and my tree was shipped from FGT in South Carolina to Pennsylvania. It sat there for a couple days then was shipped to Orlando. I eventually received it more than 10-days after it was shipped. I planted it two days after receiving because of heavy rain. Hopefully the tree will survive. It's been a couple weeks since I planted. Do not see any growth yet. Hopefully the stress of the shipping process didn't harm the tree. Despite the delay, the package box was still in good shape. I don't blame FGT for the delivery issues but hope they honor the warranty for deciduous trees if this one doesn't grow. I've planted dozens of trees/bushes over the years and have a 100% success rate. Hope it continues. Hopefully I can update this review with good news.
