Packing was great and shipping time was very quick. Tree has brown leaves on 1/3 of tree, but rebounding.

Tree arrived with the leaves drooping. Main tap root was the only piece of root left on the tree and it was trimmed also. I have lost 2 fruit trees before this that came from fast growing trees and when they are $150 each it's starting to add up. If this tree doesn't pull through and they don't replace it, it will be my last purchase from them

It was easy to search for what we wanted. I appreciate the ease of ordering, along with the simple planting instructions for each plant. The plants arrived in a safe, timely manner.

Last June I ordered 5 Junipers. 3 of them died so I ordered new ones to replace them. When I received the order I was so disappointed at how tiny the trees were compared to the ones I received last year. I contacted the company but never got an email back. Disappointing experience and I won't be ordering from you again.

When our neighbors explanded their evangelical activities and the dusty traffic on their dirt road that borders our property increased, we knew we had to do something, but what? Fast-Growing Trees had the answer: Hybrid Willows and Holly. We've had the twenty new trees about two weeks now, and both types show a lot of new growth, but the Willows are incredible! They have already grown a foot in all directions! (Even the neighbors like them!) I got used icing buckets from our local HEB bakery department, drilled one small hole in the bottom of each, put it by a new tree, and fill those each morning so the water doesn't run off but trickles slowly down, and the plants have really taken to it. I changed my mind, too, in the middle of the order when it had already gone to the shipping warehouse, I had ordered twenty Willows and then thought a mixture of Willows and Hollies might be prettier, and Customer Service handled it like a boss and were nice about, as they were about planting advice it.So this was a really good experience. The trees were affordable (I shopped around!), healthy (just full of roots), and carefully packed for shipping. Good business. I'll remember it every time I look at those trees.

We received plant in good condition. Had one lemon, would get a lot of buds and dropped them very quickly after sprouting. Don't know if I can bring it back now

Ordered a Cherry tree for my wife for Mother's Day. After a week of the shipping label being "sent to FedEx", there was still no movement on the tree. Finally called and was told the tree never left the warehouse. They resubmitted the order and it was shipped out promptly (and thankfully got here just before Mother's Day.)

Got my plants, removed them from the box and provided water. The gardenias are doing amazing and blooming like mad. The blackberries are doing well. The little strawberry plant died. The raspberry bushes are planted per spec but not doing well-one died and one looks like it's headed that way.

Ordered tree 18 days ago and it has yet to ship. Web Site shows all trees shipping by 4 May. Doesn't happen and now it's 14 may and my order is unfulfilled and charged to my card. Not much good to say..

My experience has always been positive for the most part. Every time I place an order, it goes out on time and arrived in great condition. All but 1 product I ordered met my expectations. I'm trying to give the pineapple plant a little bit more time before I make a final judgment. It's not doing too well. I just wish y'all would lower your prices. Your prices are very expensive.

I spent $240 on a tree that looked so horrible when it arrived. I called customer service and was advised to give it a couple of weeks. It still looks just as bad. I would never purchase a tree that looked that bad if I saw it at a nursery in person yet that is what was shipped to me.

My plants arrived quickly, happy and healthy. Much better quality than I could find in my local area, even at the higher end nurseries. Great selection of plants, too.

My Bartlett pear isn't looking so good. It's mate, the dwarf Anjou, looks happy as can be. I really wanted the Bartlett (my favorite pear) and it self-pollinates so one Bartlett pear was what I wanted. Then I clicked on and the Anjou caught my eye; it needed a Bartlett for pollination and one of those was already sitting in my cart. Why not? I got what I really wanted and this was a bonus for the pear harvest.

About 6 weeks after arrival, the Anjou is looking alive and healthy. The Bartlett (the one I really want) lost almost all of its leaves and looks stark and naked. I'm not optimistic it will pull through. Not only does that mean no yummy Bartlett pears but also no Anjou pears either. After expressing my concerns to the FastGrowingTrees customer service rep she just ordered me a replacement and it's on the way. She said that even if my existing tree survives I will now have 2 Bartletts to enjoy. I am so thrilled! Just great service all around. I will be a repeat customer and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I ordered the trees said I would get them in a week after a week I checked and they were on back order and it didn't say that on the site when I was ordering the trees and it definitely should still haven't received them

They gave smaller than advertised bushes, but sent me another shipment, which made it right.

While I was pleased with the speed of shipment and product quality, one of the products soon showed signs of dying. After submitting a few pictures, the plant was replaced without any questions or hesitation. A company that stands behind its products in a no-hassle manner will make me a repeat customer.

I asked about my tree being cut off at the top and the bottom if it's still going to grow properly and the fact that there was no root ball just a bag of dirt with a tree stuck in a bag. I received no reply at all from any one!

I understand these are young trees but they are very poor looking. I have seen MUCH better and healthier ones at my local Home Depot/Lowes for less. I am pretty disappointed and will not be ordering from here again. When I reached out to customer service about it she gave me a young tree needs time to grow story. I get that, but the trees I got look frail and skimpy.

I ordered apple, cherry, apricot, mulberry and crepe myrtles. They were just twigs and sticks when they arrived but they all have new growth within days of being in the ground. They are beautiful. Definitely recommend.
