I shared my concern that a few of the willow hybrids had lost all their leaves and wanted to be that I could get them replaced if they didn't bounce back in the 30 day guarantee time period. I was assured that my 30 days would be extended if I had concerns in the couple of weeks past my 30 days.

The cherry tree has been planted according to directions and leaves are weeping, some drying up and ends turning brown. The hydrangeas were much smaller than I anticipated with few leaves and some yellow leaves. I called and received a small discount but would rather have thriving plants for the price I paid.

So far so good hope they continue to grow because it's still early to tell

One arrived emaciated and is about dead; the second one arrived healthy has gone downhill since it was planted.

My order was shipped on time and healthy. They're growing well now. Hope all of them will be blooming next year!

Ordered common lilac bushes, as they were buy one get one free. One of the bushes was in good shape and fairly tall. The other is very shrimps and beat up looking. Planted them and the larger one still looks decent but the other is sad and droopy.

My blueberry bushes that I bought looked like twigs when I got, them, except for one of them, which had some leaves. They've been in the ground a while now, and the one with leaves lost most of them, but still has a few. The others still look like twigs for the most part, so it doesn't look like they're growing. The blackberries are OK thus far, although one of the two does not appear to be doing well.

When certified arborist friend opened box, found many live bugs throughout the soil... we took photos of these steps. She had to remove the soil to destroy the bugs. She carefully planted it with bare roots, mulched and water thoroughly which I have done for the past two weeks. Most leaves have dried up and dropped off... won't know for another three months or so if the tree can survive this way - hope so! So I can't really answer your question at this point.

Ordered and received trees in prompt manner. Both trees were surprisingly well-packaged. Would recommend.

The "tree" was very small and under sized, was a bent y shape, with only a few leaves, very disappointed

Have been looking for Saint Johns Wort and no luck locally for 2 years. This site had it and in a larger size. Plants arrived in good condition.

I am very pleased with my purchase. I am hoping to get them in the ground this week, but thus far they look wonderfully healthy and are thriving on my front porch until I decide on their home site!
