I ordered six plants. 4 were very root bound, to the point where I had to make cuts. The first customer service rep I called, about the plants in general, seemed to not have expertise of any kind. Very disappointing.

The apple tree I purchased had brown and falling off leaves when it arrived and after planting in the ground is almost completely bare.

I was able to find better prices are Menards, should have waited until they had inventory. So far the alive and thrive on a few of my trees has not been the case. They are alive but definitely not thriving.

I was dubious about whether the trees I ordered would be as described when they actually appeared at my house given the very reasonable price. The trees came on time two weeks ago and they appear to be thriving.

Bought several trees. We're delivered in winter. Next spring 3 of them didn't wake up (dead). Contacted customer support and was ignored, I was left alone at the chat without a follow up. (Got the screenshots). Emailed customer service with the problem (ignored again, got the emails). This is one of the few companies that don't have guarantee for their products. You have to purchase it on top. That along says a lot about them. Not happy neither buying again. If you review my purchase history you would see my bast list of orders.

I cannot believe I was duped into purchasing a fig tree and hydrangea bush for them to come in measuring just inches, barely any leaves. In large pots which is the size you purchase by. So my 3 gallon hydrangea was so tiny, And my fig tree was maybe 6-8 inches, $80. $130 total for teeny saplings i could have gotten from a local nursery BIGGER and CHEAPER. I just feel so duped. Never shopping here again, please go use your money to support small local nurseries.

Tree arrived without any damage and the root ball was in great shape. Easy to plant and has been doing well for the two weeks since I planted it.

My original plants came looking pretty bad. I didn't know if they were in shock, or if maybe the cold weather had damaged them. When I contacted customer service, they told me to give it a bit more time. The plants never recovered, so when I contacted them a second time, they sent me new trees. The replacement process was quick and easy. They stood behind their guarantee just like they said they would. While there may have been issues with the original shipment, I would definitely use them again!
