This tree is not worth the money and I will never shop again from fast growers

One of our Hydrangea (Red) was dead on arrival. No leaves were present and still has not responded to planting/water.
Love all the trees and plants we have gotten from Fast Growing Trees. All are growing and thriving. Any problems were promptly handled. Everything came packaged nicely and delivered in tact.
I ordered 2 items. One was ruined and the second one look so bad.

Dead when it got here, dry leaves, drop n grow bottom fell out to reveal extremely small and dry root base. Planted it the tree same day as received, soil was well amended for a new tree, watered generously as it was so dry when received, and well, I was hopeful due to reading the reviews, what I have learned is that only the positive reviews count, so there is no true compass on what to believe, I am certain that this review won't make it to the general public who may order based on reviews. But hey they will find their stupid just as I did!

Tree was carefully packaged and looked healthy when it arrived. It's been 2 weeks and I'm already seeing new branching and green foliage growth. Very satisfied with the whole experience with this company!

It was my first time purchasing live plant online. I was worried about the quality and also if the plant would survive the shipping. I was pleasantly surprise to see superb plants arriving in great conditions. I planted in my backyard the same day and it has been 2 weeks and the plant still looks great. I look forward to it blooming
My box came ripped up. The plant was very expensive. It was a tiny stem with dead leaves. I was totally fooled by the advertisement.

The plants were easy to order and track, but low quality. One of the two viburnum was seriously doseased, lilac is barely hanging on and jap maple died.
First time ordering trees online. The trees were very healthy, and we received them fast.
First blossom tree took over two weeks to deliver. No surprise it was dead in the box. FGT sent another one which arrived in 3 days and was in the ground immediately. After watering everyday this tree is looking pretty dead too.

Not only was my tree delivered in 3 days it came perfectly packaged and very healthy. Great company and customer service. I would definitely recommend them and will be buying again from them in the near future.
Ordered 3 crape myrtles and a banana tree. Only one crape myrtle showed up and it was the wrong color. Contacted the company and was told the three trees would again be sent out to me, after waiting almost a week I contacted them again and was told the had no record of it and were just going to refund me because they were now back ordered on the color I ordered. After going back on the website, the trees were available but the price jumped by $20 a tree. Just very disappointed

I've ordered several trees and have great results. I had a tree that didn't make it and the company honored their guarantee and replaced it other than shipping which is totally fair.
Trees always arrive in good shape. Any issues I've had have been taken care of quickly.
Sometimes the trees come questionably pruned.
