One of three trees ordered was damaged in shipping. They quickly responded and sent a replacement.
Wasn't sure what state the tree would be in but it is happy and doing well. I couldn't find one anywhere local so it worked out perfectly.
Had a couple trees show up damaged and they had no issues replacing the damaged trees. Easy and quick for the replacement to show up.
We bought three trees last spring and they did not survive. We contacted the company almost 1 year later and they reimbursed us the full price of our trees, no questions asked! Our new trees are beautiful and thriving!

First tree came in terrible condition, did not make it. Asked for replacement- out of stock. "Tree Expert" sent me a ice cream banana, not cold hardy - not what I ordered. Next, they sent me a cold hardy
Banana that arrived on life support.- RIP-strike three, I gave up and just requested a refund. After enduring three weeks with no results, I was told my windfall was $17- what a deal!
Tree very tall but won't support limes for years! I don't know what else you want me to say but how many ways can I say I'm disappointed? The trunk on my lemon tree that I bought at Orschlen for $24 is twice the size as my $100 FastGrowingtrees lime tree!

This is the 4th tree to die. I was given 2 sets of instructions. The 1st one guaranteed that it would die. The 2nd set of instructions were only given when I complained that my tree was sickly after 5 hrs using the 1st set of instructions. Why was I not given the correct planting instructions until it was to late. What is the point of that?

The maple tree arrived with everything on the order. However, the lavender is dried up (free gift).
The tree came exactly when stated and was packaged just as they said it would be.
The hydrangeas bush arrived less than a week after I ordered it and was wonderfully packaged. The instructions for planting yet were very clear and it is in the ground and looks wonderful. I'm very excited to see it bloom.
The quality is consistently the best! We have ordered a few times an always get great trees. Well packaged and on time.
My tree didn't make it out of winter planting even though we planted it per instructions.

We're so sorry that your banana trees didn't do well! It looks like we were able to issue a full refund, but can only refund the original method of payment so most of this went back to the store credit. We apologize again!
