Plants and trees have always arrived in good condition and have grown well.
I bought a Red Maple and a Weeping Willow Tree and a Honeysuckle shrub for a Friend in New Richmond, WI for her Birthday. The Trees grew fine - the Honeysuckle died. :(
I purchased a very expensive tree that didnt survive the winter but the representative would not honor the guarantee when we discussed it. She was very short on the phone, borderline rude. Very disappointed. That being said, I have had very good experiences other than that.
Arrived during the time frame stated, well protected by shipping containers, trees are doing well.

I had zero issues with the first tree I bought. I don't know why I didn't come back before now.
Plants that were damaged during shipping were promptly replaced.

Our little red maple we ordered a year ago is doing well. Not one glitch in the buying or shipping process. Like we can look up care and call experts if we have a problem.
The tree arrived on time well, PACT, along skinny drunk with a RuPaul. Basically no limbs and definitely no leaves. I planted it cross my fingers in a year later I have limbs leaves and flowers.
Did not receive a refund or a satisfactory response regarding the peach tree
We ordered a tree several years ago and it didn't make it until the next year and your company replaced it for us.
Trees came well packaged and mist of trees ordered in past have done well.
