The trailer is delayed three days, hence, it was in the box 3 days long and had Dying leaves. Planted the tree and about 80% leaves have fallen off. Company offered me a new tree, instead I took a 40% discount.

I ordered 2 lavender plants that took a month for delivery. I inquired 4x was told that my plants were shipping for a different nursery that was located in California. I love in NY. I was told I could not get a refund. When the plants arrived they were both dead.

The tree barely made 6 ft when it said 6 ft to 7 ft but it was packed well and got here in a timely manner. When I wrote an email asking about the tree being a little bit Brown I got no response I wanted to alert them just in case it didn't make it so I can get my 30-day guarantee but otherwise nice product.
