We love this tree. It is healthy and a nice size..

We were disappointed with size of trees.It said, 1-2 feet tall, one at best.It said, super healthy. They looked okay when received but, the needles browned within two days of planting? Not high heat induced damage? We feel they may have exaggerated their website claims concerning the health of their trees.

I was skeptical of a tree delivery but when we got it in a package, it was very much fresh and lively. So far we are very satisfied.

I was very pleased with the size and condition of the tree! It is planted a d growing well.

I ordered three 2 qt Carolina Jessamine vines for Zone 9 (not the optimum time to plant, but what it is). They arrived in great shape, I waited for a cool down to plant them (and they are shaded against possible high temps). Planted for a little less than a week, they are already growing.

The Wasabi plant came as promised in excellent condition.

My initial order of 6 ginkgo trees only had 3 that survived the first 8 months. I got a credit which I used for cone flowers 3 of which arrived completely dead & the rest were distressed & at this point appear unlikely to survive. The replacements for the 3 dead ones also arrived highly distressed. Very disappointed.

All of the plants except the snake plant were infected.

The person who boxed my trees put two I'm one box. Laid the roots onto my leaves and branches of my tree. They came black dead and smashed and ripped apart. Was sad they would packaged two heavy trees in one box that had a "this end up" side making the other tree sit upside-down.

I was in the process of upgrading my front yard landscaping. I had 2 huge oaks cut and wanted some different shade trees. I ordered from Fast Growing Trees. The overall shopping experience was fantastic. The website is easy to navigate and has a ton of information on their plants, shrubs and trees. The shipping was very fast and my trees arrived quickly and in very good condition. I couldn't be more pleased. I am currently planning my next purchase for my next phase.

I saw the gorgeous photo of the crepe myrtle tree and had to have one. Unfortunately, what I got was a bunch of sticks attached to roots with a bunch of wilted leaves and a whole pile of dead leaves in the bottom of the box. I immediately watered the tree and planted it in my yard with plenty of soil amendments but don't expect it to look anything like the photo for a few years. I would be happy to provide photos if there was a place to put them.

Ordered 11 plants. % arrived waterlogged and dead. They don't want to refund my money-only want to give me a store credit. Buy from your local nursery!

I've ordered several trees mostly delivered in good condition. The last order was an avocado and banana tree. Both trees were delivered in the same box and therefore there were damaged branches and leaves. Wasn't pleased to see that.

I ordered a Ficus Ruby, but received a fern, brought to their attention, never resolved.

Good. Thought the trees would be a little more filled out, but as long as they survive the brutal cold winter I will be happy

I received a broken tree and it was replaced promptly. Iam very satisfied and thankful how they stand behind their products.
