They take great care in packaging your products so they are not damaged in transit. I really appreciated that. Also, with the heat wave we are having, they made sure I received my shipment quickly, so my tree and plants were sitting for days in a hot delivery truck. Superb customer service. I highly recommend this company.

I believe my plants stayed in the mail a little too long, but they all seem to be pretty resilient and have bounced back since I re-pot and fed them. They are looking good these days and I'm excited to see them grow.

I Purchased a fast growing trees willow tree. It arrived in excellent condition I probably planted it gave it water and waited for it to start to grow. After just a few days I deer decided it would be good food and broke it in half while trying to eat the branches. When I notified fast growing trees they sent me a new one and help me solve my problem. FastGrowingTrees sent us two very healthy hazelnut trees we could not find locally. Shipping was quick. Plants arrived healthy and packed very well. Prices were good. We would definitely buy from them again should we need more trees for pour yard.

I have ordered trees from here several times and always had an amazing experience. They are always packaged perfectly and show up healthy and ready to go!

They took this tree in full leaf with blooms and cut off all its roots and shipped it. There is no way such a plant would survive. It arrived dead. I will never buy a plant from this company again.

I was very excited to receive the McIntosh Apple, Peach and Bing Cherry trees this past late spring I planted and watered them per the instructions and the Cherry tree did not seem to be taking. I called customer service and sent them some pictures and they encouraged me to continue the watering for another 2 weeks. They reached out after 2 weeks and I sent a couple more pictures. It seemed obvious by then that the tree was not going to make it. They shipped me a new Bing Cherry tree which began to thrive right away. I was so pleased, that is until I realized that 2 weeks after planting it the deer found it and stripped the beautiful new leaves from it, and my apple tree. I made up some 3' diameter by 6' tall wire cages for each tree and prayed. 2 weeks later and the abundant new growth tells me that my prayers were answered and that these beautiful trees are going to live to bare fruit some day. A great big thank you to the fine folks at Fast Growing Trees.

While they have a wide range of products, including sizes the plants often arrive damaged or as saplings. What you receive is not a reflection of what is shown on the website as most if not all the plants are baby plants. If you are looking for fuller plants look elsewhere.

I've ordered plants from a couple different sites, and none of them packed the plants with the care they did here.

The King Crimson Maple I ordered came quickly in excellent condition. It has been planted for 2 weeks and is very healthy. Would highly recommend this company

Due to FedEx the trees were going to be late and damaged. Customer service sent again when they tracked and verified issue. No hassle. Trees arrived and are planted. So far doing OK.

I received my order quickly, and love them! The banana tree did have some damaged leaves, which is to be expected based on other reviews. I cut off the dead leaves and within days had another big leaf sprout! Since then, it's popped out two more. It really does grow fast! It arrived almost as tall as me, and I hear they can grow up to 10-20 feet. I will need a ladder to get the bananas lol. This was planted in the ground. As for the windmill palm, it arrived perfectly. It took me a couple weeks to get it planted and is doing really well.

The first time I ordered plants when they arrived they were not my order but for a lady in Illinois, I'm in Texas. The company did replace my order, This time I ordered plants 6/30/2022 and they have never arrived, I called company and the reported they came from California to Texas then they went back to California. They said they would would reorder them again and have them sent out, this was around 7/8/2022(?) and I have not heard anything from company. They plants are ok but shipping is terrible.

I had questions about my order & left a message and a customer service representative called me on the same day to answer me, and it was a weekend! Tree arrived well packaged and rapidly by Fedex. The crape myrtle on my front lawn & thriving with buds already.
