I purchased 4 trees upon arrival 2 of them were delivered in bad shape. I contacted customer service and they sent me two new ones.

I called for an Item ended up purchasing another item service was exceptional great already talk about buying the item that I wanted that wasn't in stock

I ordered two trees. Both came almost looking like bare root trees. No more than 10 leaves on each of the 6 feet trees. Also most of the leaves had some kind of bug eating the leaves. Not worth for the price of the trees.

I purchased the 3 in1 apple tree and it was delivered earlier than expected! It was full of leaves and labeled on each branch. I just received my apricot tree and I couldn't be anymore happier. I'm so excited for next year for them to bear fruit.

Plant is half alive. Branches are dried out. Hoping it produces something.

My plant came in good conditions, even with wet soil!

Very small plant. Leaves full of insect holes. Shipped in gallon container but roots were not established and dirt simply fell away from root mass. I wanted this particular color but plant is too small to place where I wanted. I could have bought a tree locally for half the price.

My wife did most. But I know she would use your company again or recommend it to someone.

My plants arrived in great condition, and started blooming the next day.

Since my first purchase I made another purchase, I will continue to use fast growing tree's for my purchases.

I ordered 2 golden raspberry bushes and a pineberry plant. The raspberry bushes are fine and growing. The $30 pineberry should have been a mature plant for that price. I got a tiny start with 4 leaves on it that is probably worth $5.

This prder ws placed with Brighter blooms. First off I ws confused and concrned these plants were from Fast growing trees, Another bad experience with your company. The evergreens died their first week. Willows are showing signns of life, barely! Zero luck with fast growing trees to date. Had

I began the journey with a purchase of a sugar maple and it failed to survive and given a replacement... kept caring for it for 8 weeks before requesting a replacement which ended up in 5 sugar maple trees before changing to a 2nd northern red oak tree. So far the Tulip poplar is growing like crazy, the first northern red oak has a bunch of new growth. Ok, so fedex shipments are horrible. The root balls in the bags are destroyed from being thrown around and probably killed two of the sugar Maples from being lost and 8-10 days before being delivered. You must find another shipping provider if you care about your business. MUST! You can't really advertise these trees as fast growing, I have not had that experience except the Tulip poplar. I bought an autumn blaze at Lewis Drug locally that was a discount at end of season and it's outgrown your trees by far and it was only a 4 foot tree. I have great doubts of ever purchasing from your company again. I can spend a few more dollars locally and have better results. I have not ever had so many problems with a specific tree. Your trees have 1/4 the foliage on them compared to trees I can buy locally. Pretty much I'm disappointed in deciding to go with your trees.

Twice now I have gotten boxes that sat for days at one shipping facility and then when they finally arrived they looked like they had been kicked down several flights of stairs. One tree had every single branch broken and it took a lot of extra care to bring it back to life. The latest one, my butterfly bush, is completely dead. It showed up smashed, every single branch was completely crispy. I have been giving it all kinds of extra love and care and it is just too damaged and shocked and I do not think it will survive. I have emailed twice and it constantly gets kicked back and I don't have time to keep trying to contact.
I will say that two of the plants seemed to deal with the horrible treatment okay and they are doing very well.

Easy to order two plants but one is not doing very well and I may need to use the replacement warranty

The service is outstanding. This company really takes care of their customers. Very easy to work with. Customer service is very responsive. I am glad that I gave them a chance.
