I asked about a healed wound on the trunk of my tree that hit about 40% of the radius of the trunk. I have received no response what so ever. I have since planted my tree, and all the leaves have died, even with regular watering.
Received what was promised. Trees growing very well
The trees I received are beautiful with the exception of the brown speckled leaves on my weeping cherry. I am hoping those leaves will fall off and pretty new leaves will form. The wisteria tree is simply Gorgeous!

Our blue agaves arrived a little damaged and smaller than I expected for the price. I called customer service and they quickly replaced the damage and they are growing happily in our front yard.

My tree arrived in great shape and is growing quickly.
Shipped via Fedex. Package was held up for 3-4 days at a warehouse in Tracey, CA about 50 miles away. Tree arrived with bottom half of branches with leaves gone. Now two weeks later leaves all turning yellow. Not sure if it's something I did or the shipping delay but tree doesn't look like it's going to make it.
