Before ordering Turbo Turf I contacted customer service to make 100% sure that it would arrive before we left on a 10 day trip. We had planned with our grading contractor that they would spread 40yds of topsoil with a machine and then we would seed and straw before we left so that when we returned would already have sprouts. I was assured that it would since we live 10min from Fort Mill, SC where they are headquartered. The seed actually shipped from Oregon and arrived 5 days after we left. We had to have the contractor hold off on spreading the dirt and are now doing it ourselves with a wheelbarrow. I will never order from this company again because this has cost us a lot of time and more money.

First order came in damaged/dying. Entire order replaced. They seem to be hesitant to flower, but 8m trying to keep them alive. We shall see.

Trees were packaged well but the "balled and burlap" condition (plus plastic bagging) didn't maintain any root ball so they were basically bare root. Size as advertised but one of the 5 in very poor leaf condition & all had signs of browning & potential fungus on leaves. I'm hopeful after proper planting, soil prep etc and staking they will be fine.

Purchased two Fragrant Tea Olive Tree (2-Pack - 3 Gallon containers). Arrived in good shape (mid September - in zone 7) and planted them according to the guidelines. They've been in the ground about a week now and they seem to be doing great so far.

I ordered a perennial from FastGrowingTrees and it arrived dead. The plant and its roots were balled up on top of the pot and were powdery dry. It was encased in a plastic bag but unwatered when it was bagged for shipping. I have ordered from other online nurseries with success—NOT FastGrowingTrees. I will NEVER buy from this company again.

Ordering easy, payment easy, shipping fast. But when i opened the box the tree looked DOA.
About 3 inches of new growth on a couple branches otherwise the foliage was in bad shape.
I planted it anyway and tried to report the problem. Took me a week and several dead ends to get a person ( i think it was a person) to answer me with a "sorry" which did not help much but i eventually got a seemingly concerned person who suggested i cut the bark to see if it was alive or not. I gave up at that point. The tree was in the ground with landscaping in place it will either make it of not. The new grow seems like it might still be alive. We will give it a chance. I've purchased several trees form FAST Growing trees with good luck. I have my fingers crossed this time. Oh, the tree was also on the small side. I ordered the largest offered. I got about 4 feet.

Disappointed in the product that arrived, reached out to customer service and have never heard back. Plant showed up in awful condition. Sent photos and still no response. They have subsequently died and it was a water of money. I have purchased from them in the past without issues but last order as a gift was horrible.

I changed my mind about the tree after ordering it, and before it was shipped. I was not allowed to cancel, or receive a refund. I won't order from them again.

We are so excited to watch our new trees grow and produce fruit! They arrived in great condition, and are now in their new pots in our greenhouse.

One of the trees we ordered had a very loose root ball when it arrived. We planted it anyway, hoping for the best, but contacted fast growing trees just in case the tree failed to thrive. Two weeks later all the leaves had withered. I contacted the company again and they quickly sent a replacement tree, which seems to be doing much better!

I will say I was nervous at first but completely very happy at end result. I bought the PopeJohn Paul II Rose bush in memory of a family member who passed. He was a Priest and so I just knew this was the plant in memory of him to be given to his sister and family, Upon arrival the plant seemed like it had gone through stress, but I knew it would take time to adjust to it new home. My daughter in law sent me a picture the other day and how beautiful the plant has become and the first white rose appeared with new buds as well. She cried with pure joy. Thank you. I definitely will use your company again.

Thank you so much for replacing my previous tree purchased. The replacement tree is not in the best shape. Soil completely dry upon delivery and some leaves were drying out. The lower trunk of tree didn't look too healthy so I planted it right away and hopefully it will liven up soon. I've bought a number of trees and shrubs with great satisfaction.

So far the trees are growing well. They seem very hearty and raised in a very well soil. I need to get through the fall to see how well it grows. Definitely will order more products from fast growing trees.

I ordered some citrus trees in September for my greenhouse. The trees were shipped quickly, came nicely packed in a box with good support and instructions to plant immediately. I planted them in pots and they are already putting on new growth. A Meyer Lemon, a Harvey Lemon, and a Nagaki Kumquat.

I ordered a plant based on the photo shown and received a plant that looks absolutely nothing like the advertised plant. I think it's very deceptive. The plant I received will look like the one advertised in a few years. I think this is false advertising.

Everything came in the box as advertised. Cherry tree seems to be doing great so far.

My grass seed did not take in the fall. They stood but their guarantee and helped me receive new seed in the fall. It has successfully been planted. I have a beautiful lawn thanks to their great customer support.

First, I have not received the trees yet but I had to put in a rating (I assume that they'll be great; I'll update if that changes). However, the customer service I've received has been stellar.
I realized I needed to have the utility lines marked after I had already placed the order, so I emailed them and immediately got a response that they would put it on hold until I was ready. It turned out that I could only put in half the trees that I ordered, what a bummer! They instantly refunded half of the order and immediately shipped the ones I wanted. They were incredibly quick to respond, handled the order and the hold without any issue or delay, and just seem very organized in general. Assuming the trees arrive in good health, they'll have a customer for life.

I was very pleased with the customer service relating to the tree I ordered on line. Got prompt and clear answers to my questions.
