I ordered 3 trees and all 3 trees arrived not very healthy... also all 3 trees have died.
Trees were very small certainly not 4-5ft as advertised.

As far as fast growing trees I was very pleased with my products. On the other hand FedEx drove around my neighborhood with the trees on the truck for four days. Can't understand that one. But overall you guys is great.

So product died in transit and customer service sent me a replacement and I requested for FedEx 2 day on my dollar and they failed to comply. The bush is expected any day and is probably going to arrive dead

My order was an apple tree and Korean lilac tree. Both arrived in great condition, fully leafed and glad to be at my house. Planted a week after arrival and doing very well. Will be ordering from Fast Growing Trees again for spring planting.

Tree arrived with several leaves appeared to have virus - as predicted, the leaves have fallen off. While the tree was growing, the new small leaves also acquired virus and have fallen off.

Over the years, I have not learned my lesson, Olive tree came with scale and limped along for a year or so and finally died.

Avocado tree did not last long either.

My trees arrived in a badly damaged box with one of the 2 trees broken 2 feet from the end. They promptly sent me a replacement tree at no cost.

Ordered some trees for our Food Forrest. Prices are good; delivery was fast; the trees are doing great! Thank you!

Although there was a slight delay in shipping, the Haas avocado tree I ordered arrived in excellent condition and was packed well. It is healthy and appears vibrant. I hope it's recipients will reap meaty avocados in a few tears and make some excellent guacamole for me, the gifter. I'm patient!

Tree showed as promised. Great instructions to get it in the ground.

All three plants I received were very dry. The raspberry leaves were all brown and crispy. The leaves of the other two trees were mostly dead and very compacted roots. I was here when the trees were delivered so I know they didn't sit on my porch in the hot sun.

I have had excellent customer service from the horticulture expects! They reply quickly to inquiries with individualized plans for my needs with my olive tree.

This is my first experience ordering from Fast Growing Trees and I have been pleased with all aspects. I will definitely be ordering more dogwood trees from them in the future.

Received two Caroline Raspberry bushes that were very well packed and secure. Dug a hole, pre-watered it and planted them both. One is going great... has even fruited! The other looked "different" from the start. Leaves were dark, like dead basil leaves. I planted them together and have watered and mulched diligently. I ordered the ice cream banana tree(4-5'), when we opened it it was bent/broke halfway up. Immediately took pictures and called customer service. Texted the very polite gentleman the photos while we were discussing the situation. He agreed the tree was in less than desirable condition, apologized several times on behalf of his company and immediately processed my replacement. The replacement arrived in less than a week, healthy and vibrant. Kudos to FastGrowngTrees on their customer service. Two weeks later it has two new leaves and still looks great!

Our olive trees arrived very healthy (larger than I expected) and very well packaged. This company obviously cares about their product. I would order from them again.

Some of the plants that arrived were in sad shape, with leaves falling off.

Well packaged, 4 nice shrubs, new growth 2 weeks after planting. Excited to see them grow and bloom! Some morning sun only, planted between crimson king maple and Japanese maple crystal, MN.

Fast Growing Trees products are good quality but they are way over priced especially when you look at shipping costs and then the completely unreasonable practice that you must pay extra for a guarantee on these over priced plants. It's like buying the plant twice. It's ridiculous.
