This is the. First time I have bought a plant online. The plant arrived in great condition with a well developed root system. It came with instruction on how to plant. Can't wait till spring to develop.
Ordered the Tea Olive bush and it got here quickly and it is very healthy and in good shape! Can't wait for it to bloom next year!@
I ordered a tree and when I ordered it showed it was in stock and I was given a date range that it would ship by which was within a week basically. When I never received a shipping notice I contacted your company and was told they where out of them and they could not ship one till next March. The tree was needed by a specific date for our granddaughter memorial. It should have shown it was not in stock and at the very least we should have been notified that shipping was going to be delayed by 4 months.
So easy to set up. I ordered the Ficus trees for my patio and they did not disappoint!
The delivery was on time and the trees are doing well. The only issue was that the price charged to my credit card was different than the price on line.
The lemon tree arrived in perfect "health" - I was amazed...it almost smelled like lemons. This was a gift for a friend who was turning 80 - he loved it.
Tree arrived on time and in relatively good shape. Branches were not very symmetrical which I'm hoping correct themselves as tree grows and get bigger.

Delivered right out to my house and got them planted right away. I've always wanted a Sycamore tree, and I am so excited to watch it grow. It is hard to find tree in my area to buy and have delivered. They arrived quickly and in good condition.

This is the 3rd Hybrid Poplar tree I've purchased from FastGrowingtrees.com and again, am very satisfied with my experience. The trees come well packaged, healthy, and with quick delivery. I highly recommend!
Trees came damaged and with bugs. Sent samples to the University of Arkansas and they confirmed, bugs and possible soil rot. Called the help line and reported. New trees arrived, same situation. Called the help line for a third time and the customer service agent was confrontational and would not take customer feedback. Third shipment of trees arrived damaged, box was to small for the size of the trees. I will not be a returning customer until some major changes are made.
Website was easy to navigate and the items I wanted were in stock.
Unfortunately, the meyer lemon and key lime plants were poorly packaged. They were in the same box unsecured. The branches were broken,the plants look terrible. I had intended to pot these and gift,but they are unpresentable. The return policy is not good. I didn't bother to contact them because my plants sre alive. I would have had to call the company, no way to take care of it online.
I am worried about my crape myrtles. The 3 were $300 and were planted the following day after receiving them. They look dead making sure they had water and rain. I don't know if they are shocked or they are dead.
I hope not after a significant investment.

Great job shipping (I got 5' tree). It's been a month and it's going great! I called with a few questions before I transplanted and I talked to a REAL PERSON! Who was patient and very helpful
I planted the tree immediately after receiving the tree. I felt it might have a chance, it took 5 days to deliver the tree and I have to say it was probably packed to well. The tree was surrounded by a plastic bag. The leaves were wilting and the root ball was very dry. I soaked the tree but it did little to revive the tree. I put the tree in the ground with the tree starter ingredients sold by FG-Trees. It made little difference, The leaves fell off everyday since I've had the tree. I am currently looking at a few leaves with bare small branches. I water it everyday hoping/thinking that might bring the tree back. So far I can't say many good things. I want my tree to survive and grow.
Great company. My aunt loved the plant and she said it was packed beautifully.
The shipping was fast. The plants arrived in good condition due to packaging (no thanks to the delivery service). The selection is good and the plants are in the ground. All thats left to do is wait for them to grow!
