I ordered two fig trees. They were delivered in excellent condition, exactly as described and on-time. Good value as well.

Was very impressed with packaging... even though FedEx set box up on it's end on porch... in the FL sun... (against instructions ON the box not to do so). Not happy about your 30 day warranty (nor am I paying you another $38 per tree for a one year warranty)... trees have lost all leaves as they do in the fall. When spring arrives, my 30 day warranty will obviously be up and I can only pray these two expensive trees come alive. We will see.

I bought two peach trees 4-5 ft. They were both 5 feet and some inches-much appreciated! They are healthy and look great. Only in the ground for 2 weeks and it's snowing today so im hopefull that they make it through the winter and if so then were off and running for an amazing experiance.

I ordered 60 thunja trees in the spring. Majority of them didn't make it through the hot Texas summer. I reached out to fast growing trees and started working with Hali. Hali was amazing and provided awesome customer service. All the trees that didn't survive were replaced with ease. My trees so far look as if they will survive now that we are having cooler temps.
Have bought several things over last few years… always great quality and good customer service when needed.
I have still not received my order. I got an email saying thank you for your order, but info that it had shipped or when or even an order number. Still patiently waiting.
