The Myer lemon bush arrived in great condition. I've only had it for a couple weeks and it seems to be doing good. Fingers crossed

First time using your company and couldn't be happier. I ordered the larger size and couldn't believe the size of the shipping box. Surprised the tree stil had leaves and even more surprised that they turned red and are still holding on the tree. Very straight tree and can't wait to see it grow.

The tree itself seems to be ok. The problem is that I ordered a 6ft tree and, based on the photos in the website, I was expecting to have some branches along the trunk. However, there were no branches until the very last foot at the top of the tree.

The tree arrived with no leaves. All of them fell off during shipping. The root ball was so tight I had to cut the container to remove it.

The trees arrived packed in boxes. They were delivered standing up so that one of the two in each box was pointing downward. All the dirt had fallen out.
The trees however looked nice. Perhaps they could increase the size of the "this side up" artows?
