Trees arrived right on time as scheduled and they were very healthy.
I will definitely order from them again.
My meyer lemon tree completely died in the first 2 weeks. The branches are dead. I am very disappointed in it. The banana tree is growing and starting to look great. The lime is looking ok but the lemon tree is didn't make it.
Plants were sickly. Looked like they were tended to by preschool kids. Shop elsewhere

I ordered a mango and guava tree. The trees arrived looking so healthy they almost look fake.
I ordered 5 plants. Two came in and the three Leland cypress looked like they would be shipped separately. After a few weeks of hearing nothing, I called. That's when I was told they were out of stock on the three trees and didn't see any coming in until probably the spring. They did have the larger size but that would be additional.
My aggravation is three simple areas.
1. They had the trees in stock when the website allowed me to order them.
2. Communication. If I had not called, when would they have called me? Would they have called me or reached out? Site said ships in 1-2 days.
3. When we realized the trees would not be available until the spring their only real offering was to buy the larger size at an additional $200. I could not swing the additional but probably could have come up with an additional $100 however there was no effort to honor the order I had placed almost a month earlier. A little customer service goes a long way.
I will say the operator I talked to was friendly and quick to cancel/refund.
I order and received a health strong mango tree. I was very impressed with how easy it was to order and how quickly I received my tree.

My sea grass came packaged really well, and came with great directions for planting. Will order again!
The trees arrived quickly and in pretty good shape. I have followed both planting, and watering instructions exactly as they were provided. One, of the four, trees is not looking very well. I am hoping that the issues are due to the shipping, and that the tree will pull through. Only time will tell.

Everything was great. I just expected a more mature tree out of a 6 to 7 foot tree. I'm a little worried it will not survive the winter

I got 2 trees & put them out within 4 days. One tree appeared to take root & started sprouting leaves. The other tree seemed to loose all leaves that came on it & seemed to stop growing immediately. I'm talking with the support people they pointed to possible stress. They sent out replacement trees which appeared to be very healthy. I replaced the trees with the new ones & they seem to be doing great. Support was exceptional, in my opinion. Thanks "Fast Growing Trees."
Everything is good. The trees arrived like they had just been dug and were in the ground 2 hours later.
Ordered three citrus trees to add to the many we already have growing from over the years. Ordering was very simple and shipping was very fast for us. Actually because we live in SC and are not very far away from the nursery. Ordered on Oct. 15,2022. Trees were packaged very well and looked great. After getting them unpackaged after a few days they looked like they had never been packaged. Nov. 5 Less than a month they have grown a little already. We will keep these in our green house until spring and either pot them or set them out. We would recommend FastGrowingTrees to everyone. We will be ordering again soon.
Purchased an $80 "tree"; it was 7" tall and dead when it arrived. (Perhaps it was 8" when alive). Regardless, a "sapling" would have been a more accurate description, and even that would have been generous. Requested a refund, was offered a 20% discount on a new purchase instead, as well as an insulting reply. I purchased a real tree from a different site. I will never order from here again.
I have used Fast Growing Trees many times; and have never been disappointed. The quality of their plants and the care they use when shipping is amazing. My recent purchase was for sending a living and beautiful lasting perrenial in memory of a loved one that had passed away. I will never use a florist again. My only concern; the "note" that we sent was not easily visible. A seperate note should be attached to the plant itself so the recipent knows who sent it.
