Received the plants in timely manner and in great condition.
Great experience with Fast Growing Trees. I purchased a Brown Turkey Fig tree, and my order was processed and shipped in a timely manner. The tree was well boxed and arrived in great shape and was a very nice and healthy specimen (even had a few figs on it).
I would order from them again in the future with no hesitation.

This was my first experience with Fast Growing Trees. The ornamental orange arrived within 5 days from ordering and was well packaged. So, my experience was good.
Both of my daughters-in-law had requested trees as gifts. Both orders arrived promptly. The trees were as described and in very healthy condition.
We are all so pleased with the purchase!
I ordered multiple items, including a larger tree (5-6 ft) which was the most expensive item in the order. Everything arrived well packed and undamaged. But the tree looks anemic.Has two side shoots which will not help the tree grow in a desirable shape. I'm willing to give it a chance, and to trim off these side branches after a year or so of growth. Still, given the amount I paid for this one tree, I expect it to have a better growth habit. Reshaping a poorly shaped tree is always a chancy endeavor.
First I ordered Japanese Bloodgood Maple (4-5 ft). It arrived with some leaves on it but within couple of days all of them fell off. The height was okay but the stem was very thin. After I made a complaint, I was offered with refund or store credit option (the reason why I've given 2 rating instead of 1). I took store credit. Then couple of days back I ordered Northern Red Oak(6-7 ft). They even charged oversize handling fee. When it arrived, it had no leaves at all. The stem was a bit thicker this time but the whole thing just looks like a thin version of coat hanging stand. It was totally a negative surprise.

We're sorry to hear about your concerns! It is normal for plants to be dormant this time of year which is likely what's going on. You can scratch a little bark away and should see green underneath. Please do not hesitate to reach out with questions or additional concerns and contact us by the end of May if your plant is still not showing signs of growth! I would really like to give you guys a good review as I thought this was going to be a good purchase but the trees that we purchased arrived damaged and distressed with the leaves fallen off of them. I was told I would receive a follow up phone call a week later to see if they had recovered and I never received that call. The trees haven't recovered they still look distressed and dying and they were way more expensive than what I can buy them here in my city.
I was hopeful that they would produce fruit faster than some due to your marketing promises, and that is why I paid the extra money for these. Right now they look like what I could buy locally but in distressed status.

Boxwood arrived on time. Back is somewhat sparse and a little yellow in spots. That might disappear
After watered. Since the back is in an area that people would not normally see, it is not of great concern
To me.
We were very pleased with the trees that arrived. They were packed nicely and were very healthy. We will order again soon.

I am excited about these three plants I got, but two of them are not doing very well. I don't know if its just because of the stress of travel so I haven't sent in for a replacement yet. I'm trying to nurse my little coffee plant to life before I make a claim on the insurance
I ordered an Arabica coffee tree 2-3 ft. The first thing to think about is where you are located. It was shipped from South Carolina and I am in Ca. They shipped them using FedEx ground which only use trucks. It took 7-8 to get to me meaning it was in a truck for this duration.
I received it and it looked horrible. It was a 50th birthday gift for my wife. I was embarrassed at how dried out the tree was. The leaves were brown and yellow and the base was dried out and the soul had shrunk in. After a couple of days of watching 20 plus leaves continuously falling out I contacted fast growing trees. They apologised and sent out a new one. It was in a truck again for 7-8 days but this one arrived shining green and in the condition I initially had hoped for. I give 3 stars because I am not sure how another plant or tree would arrive. One was pretty much dead and the other arrived in perfect condition. Fast growing trees customer service was great in helping me.
I originally ordered 4 pampas grass plants. I received 1 box containing 2 plants. I immediately contacted your company and an oder for the remaining 2 was made. I received them 5 days later.
On time delivery. Good planting info. So far I have bought 8+ trees and not a dog in the bunch.
The packaging of my plant was terrible. The plant was leaning terribly, soil had shifted, leaves were bent and broken. The company sent a replacement and that pant is bigger than the original but it has broken leaves and I basically had to repot both. They don't look good and now I'm nursing two below average looking plants. I would not recommend purchasing a plant from this company.

Thank you for reaching out in regards to your replacement Pink Dogwood Tree. I am so very sorry to hear that it is not faring too well for you either. So that I may be able to get a better understanding of what is going on, can you please provide me with some photos of the tree itself? Also, I would like for you to double-check the health, you can do this by performing a scratch test on there. Once you do that please let me know the outcome. To do this, you can actually just go to the base of the trunk where the trunk meets the soil and then go up on the trunk about 2-3 inches From there, you will want to use either a coin or your fingernail to scratch through the first layer of bark. You will want to be seeing a green or white coloration as a good sign. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to make me aware. I was surprised to get little trees (4' and 6' tall) and not small saplings. They are doing great and hope to have healthy thriving trees come spring next year.
Trees arrived quickly, were well packaged, and looked very nice. FastGrowingTrees.com seems to have the game and gone with it! I definitely recommend this company.
Received the Nagami Kumquat, Calamondin, Oqari Satsuma Mandarin trees. The trees are little smaller and hopefully it will grow taller in one year.
