Easy to order, fast delivery, great trees, already have new leaf on banana tree

Spent a great deal of money for a very poor product. Was informed tree would be replaced and never happened. Very disappointing and won't be buying from the company again.

My gardener mistakenly took out a mature lavender bush. I went on the look for a replacement. I wanted several so that they would group and look bigger. The only place I could find the plants was at FastGrowing Trees. They were expensive 1 gallon plants, but they were the only ones I found. When they arrived I was shocked at how little they were. I complained and the short of it was that I was offered a discount.
On line purchase was quick; easy. Trees arrived and are already planted.
I ordered a tree and received a stick with no branches.
We're so sorry that your tree wasn't what you expected! Keep in mind that it's normal for a deciduous tree to be dormant this time of year but your tree will leaf out beautifully in Spring!
They fully refunded me. As well they should - the tree doesn't stand up straight and arrived in severe distress. I'm trying to revive it but it's not looking good at this point.

I like the quality of the plants and the boxes that they were in protected the plants very nicely.
I had many questions about the time of year as this is late fall but Texas aint so cold yet. All were answered on the spot.

Tree arrived in a timely manner after order was placed and appears to be in good condition. Check back in a year and then we will see the proof of the pudding...
I received a very small stick. When received the tree I planted it? I am waiting for it to grow, but it looks like it will be years before it turns into anything. Not a good investment.

One tree (out of 3) was absolutely not as expected (or ordered). I complained staight away but have not heard back from the store. The only reason I give 2 stars and not only one is that 2 of the trees was as expected and ordered.

I had to change my tree order and was able to do so easily. The staff at Fast Growing Trees are knowledgeable and customer focused. I will buy my trees from them for now on.
Russian pomegranate arrived sickly and didn't survive. Disappointed because I was interested in it the most. Lilacs and other fruit trees seem to be doing fine.
