Ive had thing in the past get damaged in shipping, and they've replaced them hassel free.
I replaced an order because 1 item was to be delivered in July and I wasn't informed until I paid. I talked to customer service and I was told to cancel the order and replace it with the items I did want that would arrive in the next week or two. The company cancelled all my orders without contacting me, if I didn't check I would have been waiting for these to arrive when it was not even a complete order.
We received our trees they were well packed and in amazing shape. We bought them 3 years ago the Giant Thujas, we bought 12 of them and they have grown tremendously! We bought them for privacy between us and the neighbors fence!

I bought green giant arborvitaes from Fast growing trees before. They are great.
I bought bamboo from another place and they all died. Bamboo does not like New England. So I am back to replace the dead bamboo with evergreens.
My first order from FastGrowing Trees arrived with damage to some of the branches on the trees I ordered. But it was due to the delivery driver folding and crushing the box to get it out of the van. The trees themselves have grown really well. Very pleased with my purchases.

I bought a banana tree from you about 11/2 months ago and it died. I didn't know about the warranty so I'm ordering 2 more. I think it got too much sun initially so probably my own fault.
