I called before placing my order, bc I was buying 7 trees. I spoke with April and she was super knowledgeable and I changed my order a little based on her very helpful recommendations. She helped me with which varieties grow best together. They also held my order until I was was ready for them to ship to my new house, bc I was moving. Very happy with them!
Spent almost $800 on 6 trees. Warranty said 100% satisfaction. First cherry tree had tree borers pop out and killed the tree. Its impossible that they entered and matured in the month or two I had possession of tge tree.
Happened to a second tree as well. The second tree that died was terraced with a tree with all the leaves covered in Red Fungus and mold. Now all my trees are infected! When I called they recommended that I deal with it myself and offered no support. I will be contacting paypal to dispute the purchase. I am very disappointed. After sending a third message I am getting no response from the company. I guess I need to deal with paypal and my credit card company.
I have called with questions and everyone I've dealt with is totally invested in having my trees grow successfully. Representatives are kind and knowledgeable. I will purchase all future trees from them.
Tree has been planted and appears to be thriving. What I received was what I hoped to receive. The web site delivered a healthy plant, ready for the transplant to my front yard.
Plants' roots exposed and limbs broken upon arrival. I planted them the same day, but 90% probably will not survive. Extremely disappointed with my purchase. Will not get plants from here again and will not recommend anyone else do so either. As a side note - I have not yet contacted customer service as I am waiting to see if indeed these plants survive or not. If these plants die, which I am 99% certain they will, I will contact customer service.
Leaves were wilted down when it arrived.tried every thing to revive it.planted it,watered reguarly still not respond,
Had exactly what we wanted and loved the packaging. Great information about each plant.
Ordered 4 trees. 2 cherry a banana and an avacado. You used USPS. When they got to me the boxes had been folded in half and naturally the tree stalks were broken and the trees died. We tried to wrap the broken stalks and strap support to them, but it was too late. That and the USPS delivery guy just pulled up and threw the boxes on the ground. Wow isn't that a surprise. You did replace them however and it looks like the new ones will make it. Thank you for that but I don't know if I'll spend that amount of money on a tree again and have it delivered by USPS. They are a joke
My red leaf maple arrived on the bring of death. It came out of the box shriveled, broken, and all of the leaves were dead

The tree I bought arrived half dead. I was kindly sent a second tree but it wasn't in much better condition so I won't be ordering again. I had such hope too!
Honestly, exactly as advertised. Our 1-2ft lemon tree showed up at least 2 feet tall and with 5 little lemons already growing on it. I can't complain
I did Not want a tree form Bougainvillea and that's what was sent

Hi, the customer service rep I spoke to on the phone was very nice and helpful. But then I was sent me an email to answer questions and send photos which I sent back on Monday the 8th, but I haven't heard anything back.
Bermuda Grass Seed came well packaged.
Japanese Red Maple replacement also came well packaged and it now planted in a large pot to be transplanted into the ground in the fall.
Arrived without notification that it had been shipped or received however intact. Spider plant was root bound, easy to transplant and is now flourishing. Lemon bush doing well so far.
Bought a number of plants. They were shipped on time and in great condition. One of the blueberry plants was not faring well. I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement and also gave me tips on what I needed to do for the rest of the plants. They are all thriving now.
The box the tree came to me in looked like it had been dropped kicked. I took multiple photos just in case. One branch of the tree was broken off. I did call and advise customer service. Roots were half bared also. I planted and have babied the tree. Right now, she seems to be pretty happy and recovering.
Tree died; second tree purchased but very weak; finally a credit
