I have ordered several times from fast growing trees and never been disappointed. The quality and packaging of the trees is excellent when I've had to call to adjust a shipping time. They have always been very friendly and helpful. I recently ordered over 50 thuja green giants and the trees look great. I'm looking forward to watching them grow over the years!

Came nicely packaged in good shape The Twin Flower Agave is beautiful And doing well in Southern California.

Fig tree was much too small for the price charged, could have purchased a much more substantial tree locally for less money. I contacted them and I was told that I received what I was supposed sorry your not happy but there is nothing we can do for you.

After a bad experience with another retailer it was good to get my tree in a healthy state and promptly. Looking forward to getting the citrus of my childhood here in Missouri in a few years.

I ordered 2 Kousa Dogwoods, 1 persimmon tree and 1 pomegranate bush. Pricing was very good but the packaging was very poor with pots at opposite ends and virtually no protection for branches and leaves. There was a lot of damage with missing leaves and broken branches. I planted all 4 hoping that they recover over the winter. The dogwoods have lost all but just a few leaves. The fruit trees are ok. We will see how they look next Spring. I doubt I will risk using this company again. I am shocked they would ship without bothering to protect the foliage and branches like other on-line growers.

First time buying trees online. I was worried about the quality of the trees when they arrived. When my blue arrow junipers came, they were healthy and taller than I expected (I bought 3-4 feet, they were almost 4 feet). I planted in October and they are thriving so far.

I purchased four Hybrid Willow "trees" at a cost of over $200. None of the trees grew, and 6 months later, only one was alive. I purchased similar willow trees locally that were 4 to 5 times the size of the one FastGrowing Trees sent me. They have grown over 6 feet and are thriving. They also cost 20 percent of what I paid for the sticks FastGrowing Trees sent me. I contacted the company and requested a refund. Instead of a true refund, they offered me a store credit. With this credit, I purchased a small flowering bush and a small pot of ornamental grass, which were grossly overpriced. I would not recommend this company!

We were counting on a Saturday arrival according to the delivery tracker. We had to hold up our project two days as they arrived on Monday. And then they were so little. The description said 2-3 feet, and what we got was 25", so technically an accurate description. But going forward, I would search for a more established tree. Depends on your project I suppose.

Everything i have received for the most part has been awesome. There were a couple of situation and they replaced the items with no problem!

All have sufficient sun and water. Front trees receive more sun and these are the ones with some brown limbs. The back one are fully green and lovely.

The lack of customer service, or should I say the lack of service the customer service agent has. I ordered strawberries, never got them with my order. Service agent did have access to my order at all. So they were no help. Finely get someone who owns tells me my strawberry plants are on back order for six months. But you still have to pay for them. I wanted a refund asap. Not one person bothered to inform me about strawberry plants being on back order.
I did get my refund and I got my strawberry plants from another company for half the price. Thanks

My trees were destroyed by FedEx, FastGrowingTrees immediately replaced them and shipped the replacements quickly. 2nd shipment arrived in great shape!

The staff knows their stuff and are very responsive. Personal and quick attention!

Took the stick out of box with 5 leaves on the top. We will see if it works out.

Tree half dead. Planted right away but don't think it will survive until spring
