I was surprised that even though my tree was injured in shipping and I tried to nurse it back to health for six months and I paid for a warranty, when they decided to honor their promises and take some responsibility for the problem, I still had to pay the shipping charge for the replacement.

This company stands by its guarantee which is important to me. I received wonderful support in hopefully getting the little fig tree to thrive after sharing pictures over time. Even though it lost most of its leaves after I received it, and it didn't push out any figs, let alone new leaves, I nevertheless felt the staff cared to get it well and worked with me as we waited to see if it had gone dormant
Or not. I'm an experienced and dedicated gardener of 60 + years. I will likely just stick with annual and perennial flowers in my gardens.

My first order was not fully received and some of the product was damaged, however after some discussion with customer support, fast growing trees made it right and sent me the missing items and replaced damaged items. I am willing to try again.

I have ordered two trees and three forsythia. The forsythia were A+. The trees were mere sticks, and I am unsure whether they will ever be anything.

Last year I planted 3 trees in my yard in Virginia. They arrived on time and well packed (a bit hard to unpack, but understandable). All arrived healthy, but one, a red maple, died soon after planting. They replaced it with little ado. A year later I moved to WA and am ordering plants for my new yard. Can't wait to see my berry bushes, hydrangeas and the rest!
