Ordered but haven't received anything 😕

This plant was not young, fresh or healthy. I would have been embarrassed to ship that jasmine plant.
It was nice to receive what seemed to be a healthy new Meyer lemon tree. Let's see how it grows.
I ordered 4 plants, all appeared unhealthy but one. I allowed some time for the plants to perk up because the aftercare instructions state they may appear withered due to the shipping. I allowed several weeks and tried to nurse them back to health but they perished. Once I contacted customer service I was told the warranty is only good for 30 days for the refund so they are only able to do store credit. This would be great if the plant was in stock. Do not wait to contact costumer service and allow the plant time like they ask. Contact costumer service right away or buy elsewhere.
Our Meyer Lemon tree arrived in a narrow box. Many of the leaves were torn. These leaves have not recovered and some of them were lost. We suspect they were damaged from being compressed into the narrow shipping box. The tree is recovering nicely and, to our surprise and delight, is blooming.
I really enjoy the expediency of your operation. I ordered a blaze climbing at 11:30PM, on Thursday night, I aspecting my delivery today. If like all previous orders, the rose will come perfectly packed and undamaged.
Trees arrived in very good condition, planted same day. Can't wait for Holly Berries, trees have taken to the transplant and are growing!
No problems and very helpful and great product no problem at all trees are great and I will be ordering more for spring and maybe even garden plants
Have not received the tree or any i formation about it. Poor communication
I wasn't sure about ordering 10 trees and having them shipped from one side of the country to the other. I received 2 7 foot trees in each box, they were well packaged and looked great. I received the 5 boxes over 3 days, I think that was FedEx.
Delivery has been delayed 2 months because of the unusually cold weather conditions.
Ordered fertilizer for the trees about a month ago. It's still have not received it.
I've bought from you guys a few times, but was very shocked and disappointed to see how much more money your product costs, than let's just say Amazon for instance.
Besides free delivery with prime, a fig tree, the same as I purchased from you guys was two thirds cheaper. Yes they give a guarantee.

All my experiences (several) with this company have been wonderful. The trees arrive on time, we get prior messages letting us know about the arrival, and they get to us in wonderful shape. I have not lost a single tree from them! All are thriving and we are happy
Unprofessional to take money and not tell people you don't have their product.
Experience is that I have had not much success with plants surviving.
The Fraiser Fir and Wreath arrived as expected and just in time for Christmas. It was fresh and filled the room with its fragrant smell for weeks. The needles stayed in the tree and didn't fall until we threw it out. Overall, we are very pleased with the purchase. Will buy again!
I was very please in the quality and size of my purchase. The green branches felt supple and moist as they should for a fresh young sapling.
They were ready for planting but I had to wait and am still waiting for the ground to thaw and the temperatures to rise before putting them in the ground. Currently I have them in a regulated 55 F sunny setting. The are holding up very well.
This was supposed to be a christmas gift but nothing ever arrived. I ordered on December 15 and it's February 1 - still nothing. Customer service never responded to any of my outreach. I'll never use this site again.
