While I do wish Fast Growing Trees would have warrantied my previous purchase, my experience with their customer support is pleasant. I like how they package their product for delivery.

Positive. Had issue with a fungus on a tangerine tree, but was sent a different species and it's still growing well 2 to 3 years later.

1st time I ever ordered a tree from online. Thought that I might end up with a stick with little to no leaves. But instead the trees where very healthy some where in pots and the others where in a burlap wrap. All trees had a plastic bag zipped tied around the pot and the burlap bag to help keep the moisture and soil contained in place. And there was new growth with in the next few days to week after they arrived. Would highly recommend fast growing trees with no hesitation for any and all tree and plant needs.

Some live, some didn't, the added warranty is helpful.
