I was very pleased with the Taylor Cypress I ordered before. I have a new house and need to fill it with more trees. You guys are my go to provider.

Arrived quickly and most of all healthy. They add color to a dull area.

My previous orders have been great, until last order. My plants, delivered at two different times, look rough. Leaves on the Thunderstruck Crepe Myrtle look bad, the sage was out of the pot and leaves shriveled. I potted both up in premium potting soil, I want them to live.
My previous order of 5 Musckeegee Crepe Myrtle's were fabulous! Big trees, loads of healthy leaves. They went into the ground and have even bloomed well this year! I love them!
I'm trying again. Hope for a good experience. Hoping my last two survive.

I have bought an apple tree, a cherry tree, a Mulberry bush, and 3 arborvitae. So far all have been great except one of the arborvitae died within two weeks.

We purchased hollies for a visual barrier on our property line that are living up to their potential.

90% of everything I get here is still alive and thriving. The other 10% crossed the rainbow bridge due to "user error" LOL

After three years of purchases, I'm still impressed with FGT. Great products, excellent customer service.

Ordered several plants months ago as we were replanting existing beds. All have done very well.

The service was good but 4 of the trees died. I am not sure when I purchased them. It was this summer.

I ordered 4 rose bushes and the order arrived in a good condition, so I felt comfortable ordering from this company again. I ordered a peach tree and so far it is
doing well too. I felt comfortable ordering more and purchased 5 in 1 apple tree, and that was a disaster! The tree arrived all yellow and with a broken Macintosh branch. I was so disappointed and thought I would never risk ordering from this business again.
Carmela with the customer service was very responsive and followed up on my emails. I received a refund for my damaged apple tree. That restored my confidence and trust in this company. I ordered a cherry tree that I am waiting on now. 5 stars for taking care of your customers and making things right.

I ordered a Natchez white crepe myrtle and two white cloud muscanthus and they came in great also ordered forsynthia which I absolutely love so on my 2 Acres I'm going to have beautiful color throughout.

Purchased several times and only had one issue which was promptly resolved.
