Very good shipping method, trees arrived in great condition
My first order of bulbs was mixed. The Paper Whites grew, but the Purple did not. Holland Bulbs would not refund my money, so I tried the Mixed Gladiolus bulbs. One plant came up, but never bloomed. These were planted in an area with many other very healthy plants, and are irrigated. I'm giving up! Not worth the work and disappointment.
Our little twig of a fig is now over 6 feet tall and doing great in September.
Ordered two indoor trees. They looked terrible when they arrived. They replaced one and the replacement was just as bad. Still trying to bring the trees back to life. Complete waste of money but so glad I learned my lesson on a small order. I almost purchased a 20 pack for the yard.
Other than the bushes were damaged and upside down when delivered they seem to fine
We ordered our trees a little over a month ago. They appear to be happy and surviving.
I placed an order on 7/7 after speaking with customer service. I asked if I could schedule a delivery date of 8/29 and they confirmed I could. I was hoping to utilize Labor Day Weekend to plant my 120 trees. I even took off the 29th so I could be home for the delivery. I spoke with customer service several times throughout the week and they guaranteed delivery. It's now Monday 9/1 and I still don't have my trees. I couldn't be more disappointed with this experience. Definitely not buying from you again.
Everything I bought has done well & I get complements on all the plants
I ordered 3 trees at 2 different times and they are beautiful and thriving 2-3 years later.

After two years my peach trees gave me 4 5 gallon buckets full of them. I am extremely happy with them
I am still waiting for delivery of my forever strawberry plants. I can't hardly wait to get them and start growing strawberries. I am promised an October delivery for best results.
Two of my purchased olive trees were/are doing poorly. I called and e-mailed to get assistance for potential nutrients /care to add and was given the same generic/scripted answer in both occasions. Neither were helpful or informative

I ordered 4 red buds, 2 died within a week due to massive cutting of root system. Received refund on first tree. Received replacement on second tree. It has 50/50 chance of survival.

Easy to navigate website. Communication was quick regarding my order and received my trees in a timely manner. Trees looked great right out of the box. They took great care in their packaging.
FedEx failed twice and shipping of plants. First time FedEx handle the plans very badly, resulting in for broken plants. Fast growing trees replace all four plants without additional cost. Great customer service. The second shipping again was handled by FedEx. FedEx failed to deliver plants in a timely fashion. Due to FedEx handling of the plants, the plants were without light or water for eight days. Hopefully the plants will survive, but based on how fast growing trees took care of the first shipment; i'm sure fast growing trees warranty within a year will be honored. I am very happy with a great customer service of fast growing trees
