I received 10 Hollys and a half dozen forsythias previously, they all arrived well, survived until planted, and are doing well now.

We ordered two in our previous order and the box was folded in half. Both plants were broken and the packaging had emptied out into the box. One survived and is growing nicely. The other did not survive 😩

$642ish. Then when I pay it's $930 something. Now I'm not sure how $300 could have jumped in my cart but I think this may be the last time since the suprise bill.

I have ordered a Meyer Lemon Tree back when Texas allowed this to be purchased through FGT. It produces throughout the year. I have had it for 5 years and it still produces. I also ordered a Dieffenbachia Snow that I hadn't been able to find anywhere around here. I received it in exceptional condition. Both plants receive compliments galore from visitors to my home. I am over the moon so far with each purchase from FGT.

Good trees because plants do what they do and survive, but honor your warranty, sometimes plants experience too much shock and harsh conditions during shipping and they don't recover.

I ordered expensive plants that arrived several days late. When the package arrived, the 11 plants that I ordered were shoved into a 3x1 ft box. They were so heat stressed, dehydrated and beyond saving. The box was in perfect condition, so I know that the person who put them in the box did not do a very good job at all with packaging them. Most of the soil was out of the pots, and the pots were squished. It was very disappointing. And then, due to the company policy, I could only get a store credit, when I wanted a full refund. Why would I want to order more plants when it is likely going to happen again?!?

A couple of the plants at first the hydrangeas and one of the cherry trees did not look good. I have some experience so I tried not to stress them. I did everything I was supposed to do and I remove some of the leaves that look beyond repair and they seem to be getting new growth now so I'm pretty excited. However, the cherry tree did not look good and I sent pictures and they were kind enough to replace that. I'm thrilled with everything I've gotten so far.

My precious experience with a plant replacement was excellent.

The trees I have purchased have arrived in pretty good condition, some had minor leaf damage most likely from the journey. My biggest complaint is that a couple of the trees I have ordered have been delayed in shipping a couple of times. I did recieve emails to inform me of the delays, but it is slightly disappointing to have to keep waiting. Overall however, the experience has been positive and I would recommend them.
