The thuja giants arrived healthy, well packaged and were a good size. Prices were the best around. Planted about a month ago and trees are doing just fine.

We recently moved after retirement back to the state we were both born and raised in. Very hot, humid summers and clay soil. I took a chance and ordered many bushes, trees and flowers from Fast Growing Trees. The shipping was wonderful. Everything was packed with care and all products were extremely healthy. We have been very pleased with the communication we have received from this company. Everything has now been shipped, received and planted. We are very pleased with our experience.

The tree came with yellow and brown leaves. Called and spoke to someone and did everything he said. It died anyways.
When I received my plants they were scraggly. That was the beginning of last summer. All through this summer my thuja maintained its scraggly look. The two blueberry bushes have not even blossomed after two full summers in direct sunlight with proper watering and fertilizing.
Had a few damaged items in shipping, but you always replaced my items. My trees are all doing well!

In our last couple orders we've lost at least 10% of our plants.
When the plants arrived much of the dirt was out of the pots and many braches were broken. Of the aix we purchased, tow were really in sad shape. When I called to address the shipping issue and poor condition, I was told to wait 30 days? I was unable to have a reasonable conversation with the representative, she just repeated the script again and again. So Indecides to plant the roses. In order the larger size pot, but when I took the plants out of the pots, it was obvious that hey had not been in the larger pots long because the root balls we're much small than the pots. There was a different type of of soil than the soil that the roots warning placed around the outside edges of the pots. It was very loose and full of wood chips like a mulch. That is part of the reason there was so much loose dirt in the boxes when the plants arrived. I have photos of all of this details but I lost the energy to argue with a representative who clearly has not been provided the training or tools to do her job well. This company is just another example, in my opinion, of private equity ruining the customer experience in exchangenfor better financial returns for the equity holders. Avoid buying from FasHrowingTrees. Hmmm, completing this review has energized me. I think I will post my photos on Instagram and Trust Pilot.
No instructions on type of soil, watering, fertilizing after receiving trees. I've have two die already. Don't think I will buy any more.
Mostly nice plants, although not all arrived looking alive. Delivery process makes them look like they have been on an amusement park ride. Ending up in a bunch at the bottom of the box.
Customer service on how to take care of our lemon tree was very helpful.
Ordered four raspberry plants that all arrived completely dead, and they won't ship new ones till next year. Super unhappy.
I have purchased many plants from FGT and every one has been healthy and is still alive. I enjoy just browsing all the many plants and trees I want to eventually have as my own. I feel like a kid in a candy shop each time I visit! Great shipping and packing. Plenty of information on what, when and where to plant, water, prune, and fertilize. Even without a green thumb, your plants will look like you do.

Three trees died within two weeks. Had to fight to get replacements then they charged to ship. Another tree died and they wouldn't replace it. Half the order died.
