All previous purchased items are growing and I don't have a green thumb, just common sense.
There are so many beautiful trees to select from, I just don't have good spaces for all of them.
The buying and shipping process was incredibly fast and easy. The trees arrived in boxes - mostly in tact - and in good shape. They've been in the ground for 7 weeks and seem to be doing great. Overall, I'm happy with the customer service and product so far. LOVE the 1 year warranty - this was a must!
Ordered 4-5 ' trees. They were broken on arrival and are about 18" tall. Paid GOOD $ for bogus trees
Tree was delivered quickly and was packaged securely with no damage.

Have bought 6 trees (2 orders) in last 2 months. All arrived fairly quickly and were planted within a day. They look healthy so far. Will reserve final judgement for Spring, to see if actually alive.
Communication was incredible, shipping was fast, packaging was sufficient. I hope they live, my property will look amazing.
Ordered four blueberry bushes from FGT last year. Three thrived, one not so much. FGT agreed to replace the one bush. Looking forward to receiving it in the next few days.
I had four very tiny fig plants. My gardener planted them laughing at how small they were. They are now 1-2 feet tall each and they are all thriving.
I've purchased a variety of shrubs and trees from FGT and all have been in great shape when they arrived, and all survived, even in my solid red clay soil. Impressive!
I understand the need to ship if available but there were no instructions with them on whether to plant in fall or how to plant them. I did plant them, watered them, and mulched them. I will know how good they are in March/April.
The website is amazing, very easy to navigate however, 2 of my plants arrived sick and 1 looked like it hadn't been watered in weeks. I couldn't submit a claim because it wasn't allowing me to upload photos. When I called all I got was let me send you a link and when that didn't work I started a chat. The rep only offered me 8$ for 20$ something plant. Shame on them for not reminding me I could get a new replacement and shame on me for not remembering.
I have bought 5 plants from here and overall had a good experience even with a giant Fiddle leaf fig being shipped! My last plant I was slightly disappointed in how it arrived especially since the last few always came looking great with some wear from the shipping but was quick to bounce back and start growing. However, for the price wish there was an easier way to return if the plant looks unwell upon delivery.

I was hesitant to order trees online as I didn't get to see what they looked like. Glad I did! Excellent value for the money. Will order again.
I've needed help and advice and have always received both.
The trees I ordered were priced well. My only issue is that they arrived in poor condition. They both seemed to have had a rough trip. The leaves were tattered, and they both seemed as if they hadn't had enough moisture on the roots to make the trip. I planted the Japanese Maple as soon as I could get it in the ground. I hope it comes around in the spring and makes me happy. I never did get the red bud planted before cold weather hit...
It arrived as described and product lasted as described for my zone.
