Trees came in promised time-frame and were beautiful trees

Easy to order. Good information about the bushes including planting.
I placed my order, giving new Billing AND shipping address. (they are the same) it was shipped to the old address. I didn't know it was delivered, except that I got a message from the old neighbor! 2 days ago! I went to pick up the box. The plants are dead!
I have order trees before and they were delivers fast and look good after opening the boxes. It was packaged well. I've been a happy customer
I've recently discovered FGT and I have no complaints. You guy have a vast selection of plants, ships fast, and your plants are in top shape. I would only see myself shopping elsewhere if I can't find what I need from FGT.
Again, just over half of my trees survived the summer and not sure why as they were all cared for equally.

Me and my wife had previously ordered two other fruit bushes for my mothers Christmas present this year. When they arrived they looked dead, leaves were wilted, cracked, and looked half eaten. Stocks are brown and dried out.

Ive ordered with you all several times, always fruit producers, i have some satsumas, cherry trees, blackberries and blueberries, also a fig tree. Ive personally never had an issue, but this last order I got was blueberries, black berry, and a fig tree. They came boxed up STRANGE, this time around. They had folded up cardboard interlaced with the plants, never seen them come like that, with it closed and tied on both sides. It was IMPOSSIBLE to unpack the 4 bushes and tree, without causing pretty fair damage, Chicago Fig lost a branch, the black berry, and 1 of blueberry bushes lost several branches. They arent dead as far as i know, all dormant for winter now, but have me worried. I have never had to use your 1 year alive and thrive guarantee before, but this was a very disappointing delivery especially after spending several hundred dollars here. With that said, you all have beautiful plants and your grafts are great! I enjoy all the varieties to pick from, and are fairly affordable.

Apple trees on Long Island are having problems with the heat that is the new normal. I had it cut down and replaced it with two Crape Myrtales, three azaleas and two Double Camellias. They are all growing and I am looking forward to the Spring. All the Camellias and Azaleas are different colors. The local deer population are trimming the plants and if they survive the pruning, they will be spectacular.
Had an issue with a plant I ordered and customer service was very helpful.
I bought around 70 trees and perennials and have received about half of my order so far. I am very impressed with the quality of the specimens I received and the packaging. For an order as large as mine, it would have been hard to get that home from a big box store, but the trees all showed up at my house in great condition. The remaining plants will come when the nursery feels it is the right time to ship them to my zip code. I was skeptical of ordering plants online, but so far I think it has been a win! If you're patient you can often find a 20-30% discount and when combined with volume discounts and bulk purchase discounts the price becomes better or at least comparable to prices contractors receive at my local nurseries.
Our plant was jumbled up and all of the dirt was out of the pot. Several leaves were broken. I would not buy from this company again.
Unfortunately the tree has a very prominent "bend" in it. We planted it anyway, but it wasn't quite what we were looking for.
