The service is great. I had one tree damaged in delivery and it was replaced with one better! Thank you.
I tried to get help with it. Was very disappointed
Email was sent. Not sure if it was still on a warranty? Soooo am going to try again and hopefully it survives! 😮💨
I've ordered many times in the past for folks who have lost loved ones. It's a great way to celebrate their memory with a beautiful tree.
The apricot tree we got is doing great, good fruit
I have bought at least 8-10 trees off of here and every one of them has been growing great, even here in Florida.
The first time I ordered the tree that we received died within a month. Fast Growing Trees without question--just some pictures--quickly sent me a replacement.
Everything I've ordered in the past has always been exactly what I wanted. My property is surrounded with fast growing trees and bushes.
Great shipping containers... really protects plants
I have purchased numerous trees/shrubs through Fast Growing Trees and I have had great success with each order. However, I have only gotten a total of three very small pomegranates even though my trees are beautiful. I believe it has been three or more years since I planted them.
Bought many trees almost all arrived in great shape. The two that were broken were replaced no questions asked, and they didn't make me have to return them. That was a big relief.
Company did great providing a healthy tree delivery.
I bought the Frost Proof for my yard. It was in good shape. I think it will grow well in the Spring.
Great, but still waiting to see. I deer got our pink dogwood the day after we planted it, does the guarantee cover that?
Their trees and house plants are pretty and healthy and I have purchased dozens from them and all are alive and well to this day. Sincerely, Rudy M. From Indiana
My trees are alive. However, I ordered one McIntosh and one Honeycrisp and received 2 McIntosh requiring the need to buy a Honeycrisp to pollinate.
Same as above as I am pretty happy with the plants except for one sage purple rain plant that died. Planted two and the other is doing well.
I had trouble trying to submit my question through the website but was able to speak to someone after calling the toll free number. They consulted with a horticulturalist and gave me some suggestions to help my plant. Time will tell if it helps.
Great experience. Have ordered here at least a dozen times.
I get it... every retailer (online of brick & mortar) is scared with the destruction of the economy thanks to GOP. However, I just want to checkout... don't lose an existing customer while you are already losing business.
