No problems ordering, looks healthy, I am happy with it, will probably order several more. After having to submit more characters I am not sure I will order more.
Great purchase. Plant came quicker than I had expected and was larger than I had hoped for. It came with the soil and fertilizer included in same package.

My Pineberry was delivered in a timely manner. After I removed it from the box and cleaned it up, it perked right up. It looks great and I think it will do well.

Received order quickly, well packaged, healthy looking plants, except for one, I planted hoping it was only in shock, 4 others I planted are budded and thriving, this plant did not survive, I called customer service this morning, because I did not purchase extended warranty or call with in the 5 days, it will not be replaced. I did not call because I was not sure until today that it was dead, no green around crown, I will go to local nursery and purchase plants. The other plants are in spring bloom.
My order came fast, I called customer service because I saw two skinny boxes and didnt think my pots came too, the gentleman on the phone said the plants may be already in the pots I ordered. He asked that I open everything while I had him on the line and yes everything was there, plant in pots I ordered! Yay! All was good! The pots were 6 inch pots. My trees fit on my window sill, Im in awe, so cool!
This is the first time I have ordered from FGT. Everything came as expected and plants look great. Since it is still early spring I can't see the Fast Growing yet. I need to still get them in the ground. I will be ordering from them again.
Everything happened as promised, a pleasant surprise. The 7' tree is just a stick (as expected) has been planted for 4 days and is already showing signs of growth. I'm sure it will be great.

From someone who does a ton of shopping online, they are way above average in terms of quality, ship time, and support. We've done 3 orders now and they've all shown up on time and in very good condition. It's been early so don't have much to add on long-term plant genetics but so far I've been very pleased with them.
My little tree came exactly as described and on time. I am going to follow the exact planting directions that were emailed to me by your company.
The tree was in excellent shape - a full 5 ft tall with green leaves and numerous blooms. Should produce outstanding fruit.
I guess Im a little confused at this point. I thought a 3 gallon bucket size plant would be larger than this for $50. Especially since I also received a tree planting kit with a trunk protector and stakes, which are not needed at all. I was expecting a sapling of at least 4 to 5 feet. This one is very small and looks dead. The box it arrived in was expectable for a tree of 3-5 feet, but this one, as you can see, was less than 3 feet. Im afraid to see what the smaller, less expensive plant looks like.
I did purchase the warranty on the plant, so we shall see if it lives, but I dont think I will be purchasing from your company again, which is too bad, because I was going to purchase a lemon and olive plant for my house.
Time to go to my local farmer's market for new plants.
