Met all expectations. No complaints whatsoever. Trees doing great, planning to buy more from this outfit.
I purchased trees in 2014 and they grew to be gorgeous healthy trees. I bought two trees in October and 3 weeks later one looked dead. I contacted them and they said it could be dead or maybe dormant. They assured me that just go thru winter and lets talk then. I emailed them that 1 is dead and they didn't even ask questions or request pictures, they are replacing it. They even emailed me thanking me. I LOVE This company - Ken in Louisiana
Ordering was fairly simple, the delivery was reliable and on time, and the trees arrived in good condition.
The price was right and the trees arrived promptly and undamaged. I planted them last fall and they are still going strong. Nothing to complain about.
All my plants have died. What more can I say. When I received them they looked very sick. After they were planted they continue to die.
Excellent customer service. Explained process of ordering, how trees would arrive, warranty, etc. Did not push for sell. Asked me to call back if any more questions or want to order. Which I did!
I really enjoy conducting business with women at the helm of the company. It has been my experience that female C E O's are more respectful, more concerned about their customer's experience and willing to go the extra mile to make a customer feel important.
This has been my experience with Pam's Fast Growing Trees.
Just saying!
These trees came as very healthy trees. I could see growth starting after I planted them. Looking forward to them growing fast once spring gets here.
Products arrived dead/ near dead, jammed in cardboard box, was not able to revive them, definitely advise all customers to just go to a local nursery or even Home Depot where they can see what they are buying and not waste their money.
Found if you cant find an item at your local nursery then this is the place to get young plants. For the same price you can get a mature and larger plant locally. FedEx delivery service damages plants and dont follow labeling on packages ie; this side up, or handle gently. Customer service is great when getting replacement plants from damage during shipping. If you can find the plant you want at a nursery you will save yourself many seasons for the plant to mature.
Terrible. Don't answer questions around best time to order and plant, more interested in just getting the plants out the door! The evergreens I bought browned out and died.
The little tree is still very small, and I don't think it will produce fruit in the first year. When I received it it was only about 10 inches from root ball to top. In the following 6 months it has only grown about 6 inches
I purchased 10 thuga trees for central texas. Which if I knew before i purchased them, they aren't great for this area. I did receive two vouchers to replace two trees that died before warranty was up. Now I see three more are turning brown. I believe the the wetness is not good for their feet. They should take this area off the list. I just wanted some trees for privacy.
So far so good. It's surviving our wet and rainy winter. Can't wait for spring to get here to see how it does.
I ordered online and paid extra for the purpose of receiving quality. The trees look better at Walmart and are cheaper. I also get to see and pick out what I buy.
Bought what was advertised as a 3 foot meyer lemon tree. What I received wasnt 3 feet but much smaller. The tree did not look healthy and it enevitably died. Bought a warranty for the tree and emailed the company and never heard back. Extremly disappointed.
Not the best, not the worst. Great selection, but you pay a lot more than buying from a nursery and they cant guarantee the right plants are sent every time because they dont grow them. Even if the mistake is theirs, you have to buy their warranty upfront for 10% more to qualify for a replacement (and you only get one). Ive had to follow up with customer service 2-3 times on some occasions. Once I even had to wait 2 yrs to grow up a plant and prove they sent the wrong one which was a huge waste of time, energy, and garden space. Also got a pretty damaged plant once which I was told to grow anyway because it wasnt completely dead... I ended up having to pay for a new one when it didnt survive. If you can find it somewhere else, youre better off going direct through a nursery.
This may be a site for a different customer.
I thought "Pam" as billed would be interactive but not.
Thanks anyway though.
I love these trees. I have purchased many of these, and have never been disappointed. I have several of these trees that are probably 20 feet tall. Most of my friends cannot believe how beautiful these trees are.
Items were received as described!
Looking forward to seeing whether they survive the winter and I see new life this Spring!
