PayPal being down was very frustrating i don't like using my card on websites and choose to go through payment systems with one time payment applications.

I ordered same type of tree before. It has done well, so I came back to order 2 more. They arrived in good shape and seem healthy. Have not had cooperative weather to plant yet.
My trees arrives in great condition and after being planted are thriving after only 1 week. I just ordered several more trees to build my privacy perimeter around my home.
First shipment arrived fine.
Second arrived, a lot of but I planted them hopefully they will take.
Third shipment arrived 2 days ago. 2 Avocado trees. Box torn completely at top and bottom. Trees were uprooted from containers and snapped in Fe ex threw the box on my porch and ran back to their truck. Fast growing trees wont return my calls or answer my e-mails. No customer service at all. Will never buy again from these crooks.

Plant arrived uncared for/no pruning and after the scratch test was assessed as dead... BUT customer service (ELVIS) handled the situation very proficiently. NEVERTHELESS receiving this product was VERY DISAPPOINTING.

My tree and planting kit arrived promptly. Very easy to plant. Iwill order again! My heartbreak occurred the next morning: someone broke my tree off at the ground.

I bought two Russian Pomagrantes last year, they don't look so good. I've ordered a Japanese ornamental which I haven't received so I reserve comment.
I was somewhat disappointed, I wanted to surprise my wife with the tree but when we received them, they are dead and were cut in a kind of funny way, it's hard to explain, we're giving them the benefit of the doubt, followed the instructions and planted them but we're not holding any hope.
I always get the warranty, and unfortunately Iv needed to use it? Easy transaction and warranty credits.
