The thought of ordering trees online was mind boggling to me! But this was an amazing experience and so convenient!

Everything looks great except for one box with two trees got some damage. One of the pots came unfastened and the whole persimmon tree broke off the stem The other tree in that box the cherry took minor damage. Hopefully they'll do ok

As usual, Fast Growing Trees sent my item in professional packaging with as little damage to the tree as possible. Very healthy, looks great, hope I can keep it that way!

Got my fig tree. It is in great condition, and I am very happy. I will try to post updates later in the summer to show it's progress.

The reason I gave three stars was because I didn't get my shipment timely. The plants care I damaged luckily I just hope they survive upon planting. Also, customer service isn't very timely or convenient. It doesn't help the only available communication is via email. Otherwise I am happy with my trees I just hope they thrive.

I received the avocado tree I ordered and it was intact and looked healthy

Plant is beautiful and arrived in perfect condition.

I received the three plants and other stuffs that I ordered. The dogwood and fig trees look good. However, the blue berry was pretty sad looking. The plant is quite bare -- most of its branches have no leaves and at least half of its berries fell out. I would not pick this plant if I was there in person. A lot of the berries were detached and half of the dirt fell to the plastic bag. I am not satisfied with this.

One tree ordered arrived fairly quickly but there was a delay with 2 others I ordered. They seem to be in good condition as we'll see as they grow after being planted.

I called about one of my plants that didn't survive despite proper care and they quickly shipped me a new one. This is a great company to buy from and there trees/plants are beautiful!

Overall, the experience was good. It took about a week longer than initially expected for delivery but staff was responsive and explained the delay. The trees came in a long cardboard box together with a bag of soil/ root booster that I ordered. Because they were packed together, one of of the branches on the tree was broken.

There was a delay in getting our tree but we were kept up to date on the company's efforts to ship it out and the tree arrived in good condition. We received a tree that was the size we expected and the planting kit was nice to have. Our tree has been planted for a couple of weeks now and looks great

Trees were much smaller than I could of purchased locally for same money.
