My initial order had some issues. Wrong tree and a tree completely out of the container during shipment and was a bare root mess. I was contacted by a FGT customer service expert and after a few e-mails were exchanged back and forth with some photos, replacements were sent out. The replacements trees arrived today and I was truly impressed by them. I was not only made "whole" for the purchase, but truly saw an example of excellent customer service. When I initially contacted FGT about my order I indicated that my repeat business in the future was in doubt. I can now say without hesitation or reservation that I look forward to placing my next order with FGT. Highly recommend!

I was disappointed by the actually plant size when it arrived.
Trees arrived, looking a bit brown around the edges. Too early to tell how they're adapting.
Ordering was easy and delivery was fast. Planted the same day i received but something ate all of the branches off of one. Made wire fences to go around each of them. Hopefully the one comes back. Just a stem sticking out of the ground now

The seller did an amazing job of packaging the trees for shipping, and they arrived in great shape. I immediately unpacked them and due to high winds and torrential rains had to keep them in the brightest possible window for their first three days here before moving them outside. One is doing ok and should make it. The other looks like it's about to drop all its leaves, as if the experience was just too hard on it.
I ordered 3 items. On Myer lemon, one clementine and one honey berry. The lemon & clementine both came in with green healthy leaves and are doing fine in their new pots the honey berry was just dry branches no leaves, looked very dormant. I left it in the original pot since im waiting for it to warm up so I can plant it outside without killing it, this was about 2 weeks ago. Its quickly started putting out little green leaves and today I noticed I have about 6 blooms and more on the way. Im going to start putting it out during the day so maybe some of them ill get pollinated.
Id like to add that the box it was shipped in clearly states "This side up" however the delivery person either was not taught to read, or they weren't taught to care... either way a little of the dirt had come out since 2 were standing on their heads, this did not affect the quality of the trees when I opened them since they were packaged so well.

The trees arrived extremely dusty and the leaves are falling down. I tried cleaning the leaves one by one but there to many. I'm am not sure if the trees will make it although they were really expensive.
We're sorry to hear about the concerns with your tree! It sounds like a bit of shipping stress along with calcium buildup on the leaves due to the watering system in our nursery. This is completely harmless and can be washed off with soap and water. We're going to get some photos from you just to be sure!
So far so good. Tree came a little tattered but within a week started showing new growth. Wish there was more detailed instructions, ie. How should the tree be draining, detailed fertilization schedule, what should be done for optimum growth etc.
The tree that arrived at the house was tied with plastic and killed the leaves and is drying out.
