We expected our order to ship in 1-2 days like the site says. 10 days later I finally call to check the status and was informed that the shipping duration is usually 1-2 days, NOT the time it takes FGT to prep and send the order out. So, that's really misleading. 2 weeks later the plants showed up, meanwhile we had 20 holes in our yard for a few weeks.

I received my tree apparently dormant. Planted directly next to a tree from a local nursery bought at the same time. The one from Fast Growing Trees shows no signs of life. The one from the local nursery has started producing leaves.

The plants came on time but were pretty beaten up. The dogwood was snapped off 2 inches from the dirt so I hope that regrows. The others were tattered but I believe I can revive them once I get them planted

The packing of the trees was poorly done. The top leader of the apple tree snapped off. For the amount of money paid I could have purchased the same trees at my local nursery for halff the price.

The tree arrived a bit wilted but I didn't mind that. Leaves, of all sizes, began to yellow and fall off and still do.
Customer service wants a picture and a scratch test to see if I get a refund.

I ordered 3 trees and received a free one with a special going on. They all arrived in good condition and are thriving so far. I would recommend Fast Growing Tree to anyone.

I ordered the one gallon tree and those I received is definitely smaller I believe

I was dissatisfied with the size of the plant. The root ball although in a 3 gallon pot as advertised was not even close to being developed into that pot. Even though I handled the plant very carefully most of the soil fell away upon taking the plant out of the pot. Half of the leaves fell off soon after planting.

While the patio apple tree was close to its advertised description the dogwood was a scrawny very thin trunked specimen that only met its advertised height because of a thin droopy wisp of a branch at its top.
It resmbled a "volunteer" rather than a nursery grown tree.
Also the trees were bent and stuffed into a box and have still not straightened despite staking. The so called free dogwood was literally a joke, just a thin stalk that wasn't worth planting

The tree was very carefully packed and arrived in excellent condition right on time. We planted it the next day and it is beautiful and growing quickly.

Very fast response and they helped keep track of all my orders

I ordered 5 trees. I received 2. FedEx told me that the second box was damaged and undeliverable. I called FastGrowingTrees twice for help. The most recent rep told me that she would call me back or email me when the issue was resolved. That was a week ago and I have heard nothing.

My purchase was a gift. The tree I purchased arrived packaged very very well. The tree was in excellent shape. Great experience!

Trees were packed perfectly in boxes so they wouldn't move around and damage the root ball or the limbs. They were hearty and leaves were green and vibrant.

She loved it said it was healthy. She has a very happy palm tree.

Confirmed a citrus tree, charged me, and then cancelled the order. I already bought the pot and several bags of soil and now I need to return the lot.

That said, I've had good experiences with them in the past but this one was not.

My original order arrived with a broken pot. I called customer service and not only received friendly, courteous attention but also a free replacement order. Very impressed with both the product and the service.

I purchased two lime trees was told they were delivered, I did not receive them, they were reshipped a week later FGT called to say they were not available so I requested an avocado tree planted it and looks healthy so I ordered a second avocado and a banana, upon arrival the second avocado is a fraction of the size of the first the top 18 inches is dead and the leaves are wilting the banana leaves looks sickly as well.

I ordered 3 1 gallon containers. I have bought enough 1 gal plants to know what size they should look like. Mine were in quart containers. On top of that not 1 of them were packaged properly, the soil mixture was not in the pot with the roots leaving them exposed and very dry. I don't see how they are going to grow since they were very very dry and exposed.
