I am highly pleased with the quality of the trees I have received and with the support I have experienced. I highly recommend FastGrowingTrees for everyone.

I ordered three trees. One arrived dead. I contacted the company about it but am disappointed to have not head back from them.

I loved the customer service! One of the trees arrived with large broken branch and they offered to replace right away- very caring and supportive!

Easy to order, arrived in excellent shape, directions for planting were clear. Now they just need to be 25 feet tall overnight...

I ordered 10 of the fast growing pines. The description stated 1-2' tall. I didn't realize that this included the root ball. With shipping, the cost per tress was about $19. I could have gone to Costco and bought a 4' tall tree for $24. My trees arrived in a large box that said "UP" and the box was upside down. 2 of the trees had severely broken branches. I have ordered from this company before (Poplars) and they were great. This experience wasn't one of my better ones.

The tree is blooming great, but i wish i could have purchased a tree at least 2 feet bigger.

My experience with Fastgrowingtrees.com was so poor that I needed to share this review so other consumers would know to Avoid them. I ordered some sma Thuja green giant trees ( 1-2 feet tall) from a clear product image photo and description on Fastgrowingtrees.com. The trees arrived in a box with no notice and they were tiny twigs. Many of them were 6"-9" tall twigs. I was so disappointed. I communicated with customer service multiple times. I did not ask fir a refund, I just wanted trees that resembled the photos and description they advertised. They would not work with me. They began trying to discount their product but only by 30%. It's a very clear example of Bait and Switch marketing. See the images of their advertised product vs the twigs they sent to me. My advice is do not buy from a company that operates this way. All they needed to do was ship a product that looked reasonably like their advertised image but they refused

For the price I paid it was very disappointing and deceiving.

I ordered a mulberry tree and it came quickly and in great shape. The size was a little on the small side, but it looked very healthy and that's what counts.

Another company that I purchased from sent an entirely different tree. They could not fulfil the order so I searched elsewhere. Fast Growing Trees provided an excellent tree and was prompt and delivered the correct product as advertised. They've earned my business going forward.

We expected our order to ship in 1-2 days like the site says. 10 days later I finally call to check the status and was informed that the shipping duration is usually 1-2 days, NOT the time it takes FGT to prep and send the order out. So, that's really misleading. 2 weeks later the plants showed up, meanwhile we had 20 holes in our yard for a few weeks.

I received my tree apparently dormant. Planted directly next to a tree from a local nursery bought at the same time. The one from Fast Growing Trees shows no signs of life. The one from the local nursery has started producing leaves.

The plants came on time but were pretty beaten up. The dogwood was snapped off 2 inches from the dirt so I hope that regrows. The others were tattered but I believe I can revive them once I get them planted

The packing of the trees was poorly done. The top leader of the apple tree snapped off. For the amount of money paid I could have purchased the same trees at my local nursery for halff the price.

The tree arrived a bit wilted but I didn't mind that. Leaves, of all sizes, began to yellow and fall off and still do.
Customer service wants a picture and a scratch test to see if I get a refund.

I ordered 3 trees and received a free one with a special going on. They all arrived in good condition and are thriving so far. I would recommend Fast Growing Tree to anyone.

I ordered the one gallon tree and those I received is definitely smaller I believe

I was dissatisfied with the size of the plant. The root ball although in a 3 gallon pot as advertised was not even close to being developed into that pot. Even though I handled the plant very carefully most of the soil fell away upon taking the plant out of the pot. Half of the leaves fell off soon after planting.

While the patio apple tree was close to its advertised description the dogwood was a scrawny very thin trunked specimen that only met its advertised height because of a thin droopy wisp of a branch at its top.
It resmbled a "volunteer" rather than a nursery grown tree.
Also the trees were bent and stuffed into a box and have still not straightened despite staking. The so called free dogwood was literally a joke, just a thin stalk that wasn't worth planting
