I was excited when my trees arrived until I opened the packages. Two of the trees were in pots like they should be and that was awesome. The two others however were not. The two that were not in pots had less than a couple of handfuls of dirt in a bag with them and the roots of the trees were chopped off very short. I planted the trees anyway in hopes that they would still grow but even with watering and feed there are dying. The leaves are all dead and the stems are not springy as they should be but becoming brittle. I am very unsatisfied with what I have received.

I ordered this tree over the phone. I can't remember the associate's name. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The tree arrived in good condition and has been planted for at least 2 weeks. My only concern is that we had a slight frost one night that seemed to kill the buds that were growing. I know that Crape Myrtle's are hardy and that it will rebound. I enjoyed my experience from ordering to delivery. I will purchase from Fast-growing trees again.

Purchasing my tree was easy & customer service has been great. Only complaint so far is that my tree was not shipped express so FedEx took 13 days to delivery my package. Received a very unhappy tree and will see if it survives.

9 out of 10 Arborvitaes looked healthy, one is iffy. I took them out of the box right away and then let them adapt for a week or so before planting. I hope they will all survive. My only wish now is that I could get as good of a deal on another set of 10 as I need to purchase another set but won't until I can get a better deal. Price has gone up $50+ and free shipping minimum is too high.

After several weeks in the ground:

Two of four shrubs appear very well. Nice new growth.
One of four shrubs appears will eventually make it nicely. A little slower, but OK.
One of four shrubs is still spindly and in intensive care but at least the leaves haven't fallen or gone yellow. I pray it survives the spring.

According to the website rose bushes are sent to customers based on the zone in which they reside. I live in Wyoming and my rose bushes were sent to me at the beginning of April.

Was hoping the 1-2 ft trees would be closer to 2ft. But they are 1ft so I guess I should not be too disappointed. They just look so small. Fingers crossed that they end up being "fast growing trees). One of the trees I ordered had a couple broken branches, but I guess that's to be expected when shipping across country. But when the trees are so tiny to begin with, it's really noticeable. Planted two weeks ago. They seem to be holding their own.

We ordered both a wisteria and a hydrangea. The both came packaged well and in good shape, and are both thriving.

I like the service I receive from this company but the rose shrubs I received do not look great. Especially the 2 gallon one; it looks very very sad for the price, i planted it right away but it does not look like it will survive. The other rose shrub that i got is bigger; i ordered 4-5 feet but it looks a bit dry and many small brunches at the top were broken on arrival; I hope it survives as I did not want to spend money on insurance as these shrubs are already more expensive than those at the
Local nursery.

Very easy ordering online with this company. Trees are mailed very secure so no damage occurs.

It was obvious the plants had been pulled out of the pots they had been growing in and placed in larger pots that were half filed with loose soil. Thus in shipping, because no soil had been placed around the side gaps in the larger pots, the plants flopped about in the larger pots. I did not receive plants that had been grown in the larger pots, but I was charged as if they had been. Bottom line, plants with a smaller root ball were placed in larger pots to give the appearance that I was receiving plants that had matured in the larger pots.

After receiving the first tree dying the customer relations replaced it in a timely manner. Awesome

This company seems to have no policy for canceled order. The above order was canceled the day after it was made. They delivered the items anyway. When the company was called to return the merchandise, the first agent seemed to indicate that it was a matter of getting a return slip and that he was not authorized to issue the slip and that a supervisor would get in touch with me. No one did. A month later the box is still lying unopened as delivered in my living room. The plants undoubtedly dead.
The company needs to establish an adequate return policy, taking into consideration that they deal with live plants and need to act fast.
I like the concept of Fast Growing plants and would like to be able to do business with the company in the future
