Overall I'm pleased with the purchase. The tree arrived later than predicted. The plant was loose in a burlap sack with a little dirt. There were only a few roots and they were pruned to 3-4 inches long. The branches were very short at about 4-5 inches. It stayed dormant for 5 weeks during our spring. It sprouted leaves a few days ago and seems to be doing well. With the later start, I am concerned that it will have a rougher time when the 90+ degree days begin this week.
I had called customer service after about 3.5 weeks and the kind representative suggested I give it a little more time and call back after May 15 if there was no life. It started growing just a couple days prior to this.

When this came to the attention of their customer service reps, they immediately gave me a refund. I don't think I've ever dealt with such an honorable and pleasant nursery. Needless to say, the other two plants I bought in the same order are exceptionally healthy and my previous purchases were healthy.

All the plants arrived healthy and are doing well! Would buy again.

This cost twice as much as another plant I purchased locally, and it's 1/3 of the size.

Very impressed with the banana tree we purchased and how it was packaged and mailed.

We ordered 8 Italian cypress trees for our yard because we couldn't find any in the size we needed locally, and the few we did find didn't seem healthy. They arrived well packaged and all seemed very healthy. Very happy with the purchase and will definitely come back if we need any other trees or shrubs for our landscaping if we can't find locally.

Very please with the condition they arrived in. Also liked the customer service I got every time I called in they helped me track it.

Ordered a myrtle tree arrived and appeared dead. Called and was replaced which we appreciate but second one same as first. Giving it a chance but have it in ground two weeks and doing nothing. Was expecting bids or leaves and nothing. Only have a 30 day guarantee so if we continue to be patient beyond 30 days will be put $100. Asked what we should expect and was told they didn't know. Disappointed with that

Had an issue with shipping. Customer service was great. Fixed the issue immediately.

All the large major nursery's near me require a business license. They do to not sell to the public.

Great ethics in business behaviors are refreshing. They were knowledgeable gave me good advice and even replaced a damaged tree on my first purchase without hesitation easy to get through you're not put on hold you are not transferred to this that and everyone else in the place you speak directly and you feel like they are actually listening to you unlike most business practices in this day and age

The tree came to my door very fast and it was in healthy condition and well packed with fruit on it.

My pink dogwood has been great from the day it arrived till now. It was packaged very well and suffered no damage in travel. I was pleased that it came so soon after I placed my order. Now I must wait for spring to see it bloom!

My tree arrived not secured properly. It had room to move in the box and I think that the roots were pulled inside the burlap bag possibly shocking the tree. I purchased the root rocket fertilizer and followed the instructions and either it damaged my tree because all the leaves on it look burned and turned brown in a matter of days. My tree is just a stick in the ground with a few brown leaves and has not sprouted one healthy green leaf yet. I feel that I just wasted $145 on an apricot tree that might be dead. Very disappointed. I will not order from your site again and not recommend it due to the way my tree was packaged.

There was an issue with an original order. When I called to see what the recommendation was, I was pleasantly surprised by -

1- how quickly I was able to speak with an actual person

2-how knowledgeable and understanding she was

3- how quickly she came up with a solution

4- how quickly the updated shipment was received

We received beautiful hydrangeas that were in great health.

Tree is good height but does not have many leaves and it's crooked.

I purchased 5 hydrangeas, I didn't realize they'd be only about 3-4" in height. After being super disappointed I planted them anyhow. Few days later, I went to Lowe's and saw the same hydrangeas, same price, but 10x larger! I called customer service and received probably half my money back. I've done so many purchases from this company in the past. Next time I'm checking local stores first...
