When I received my order, I was missing 1 out of 3 trees. There was no call/text, email or note stating they recognized my order was incompete. When I called they made a note on my account, but after a couple weeks my order still has not been fulfilled.

Tree arrived without leaves, was promptly planted and died within two weeks.

One of the two trees was upside down (head to heel) position: result = top of tree was broken (split at v) - I had to use grafting tape to secure the split. Hopefully, the top will survive.

I placed 2 separate orders of different trees going to different addresses. Both arrived where they belonged in a very short time. Both trees were carefully and securely packaged and arrived in excellent shape. One box arrived without the growing and care information inside. I contacted them, received a timely response, and I am confident the situation will be remedied. The ordering process was simple. The delivery was flawless. The trees are great!

My husband grew up on a farm with mulberry trees. We have been looking for one for the last few years finally found one on this website. They were wonderful to deal with and very courteous and concerned about how the tree is growing. It's doing fine

Straightforward & easy - all 10 pretty shrubs in ground for a few weeks now and they're doing really well (I live in NM). Sizes varied, but all seemed a bit taller than expected upon arrival, which was nice. Overall, positive/pleasant experience.

I ordered a pink dogwood tree. It arrived two days later in great condition. I am keeping it watered per the instructions and can't wait to watch it grow over the years. The tree was well packaged and arrived quickly.

I have tried many times to get help with a tree that is failing, and I have had no response. I have used the website message feature and email, both multiple times. Supposedly the experts look at your pictures and give you help. I could not upload pictures in the website; it wouldn't work. I sent a picture by email and still got no response.

My next step will be to ask for my money back, which I was hoping not to have to do.

I ordered 10 Taylor Junipers and they came packaged well and in good condition. I planted them that day, and now, three weeks later, they are still going strong.

I had customer service reach out to me due to an address issue, and they were friendly and helpful.

I PURCHASED FIVE TREES BECAUSE I NEEDED A SOUND BLOCK FROM A NEW HWY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. WAS VERY HELPFUL. I WATER THESE TREES DAILY SO FAR SO GOOD.

I ordered a black olive tree and they sent me a stick. It's ugly and super leggy. Won't be ordering anything else

Fast growing trees took the money for the tree and said it would ship in 2 days. That was a month ago and I am thinking it will not ship till spring time. Seems to me that is a lot of time to collect interest on my money without having to ship the product

Poor quality plants and packing. The 2 lavender plants were falling apart upon receipt. One of the plants appears to not survive
