Delivery was quick and packaged very well. A beautiful Forest Pansy Redbud is now growing in my front yard. I will definitely be purchasing more trees next season.

The olive tree you sent me has no middle/leader branch coming from the trunk and will never grow correctly but only apart and you should know better than to send this inferior tree on behalf of your company. If it were anything else, I would have sent it back!

My trees shipped quickly and arrived the next day. All were healthy and hale. The Meyer lemon had ~12 small lemons. The key lime has already put on explosive growth in the 3 weeks I've had it. The Owari satsuma unfortunately suffered some damage in shipping and both leaders snapped. Of course that's not FGT's fault. I trimmed them back to the nearest node and am awaiting their rebound. I'm confident it will recover as the tree itself is just as healthy as the others and they're all adapting well to zone 8a.

The plants are always nice which I have ordered multiple times but this time the box was left with the wrong side up which was the shippers fault. This made most of the potting soil fall out and broken branches.

I ordered plants online because I've had good experience with other sites and thought "Wow, great plants that will flourish in my area. The Camilias were great even thought the dirt fell out during shipping but the Knockout Roses looked awful. They were practically dead on arrival. I called and I was told to submit pictures. I did and was promptly sent replacement. Unfortunately, I had two that needed replacing and even though the invoice said two, there was only one. It looked a little better than the first two but also very yellow with black spots. My mom bought some at Lowes and here's were healthier and cheaper. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Pretty good shipping was a bit slow but over all good

Never had a problem with products ordered and received. But the last hydrangeas I order stayed on the FedEx truck and extra day in the heat without being delivered. Immediately removed from box and is was wilted bad. Watered and planted and still not looking the greatest. It wasn't Fast Growing Trees if it dies I would place the blame on FedEx. Really wish they would use another shipper, FedEx makes the Post Office look great

Plants arrived much sooner than expected, in excellent condition and well packaged.

I got a cherry tree and completely dried out. They send me another one and out of the box. The cherry tree was in the same condition.

Trees I ordered were easy to find on the site and easy to purchase. Arrived at my home in great condition, ready to plant. I was surprised at the size of the trees being bigger and healthier than I had imagined they would be and better than a local dealer who ships country wide. This was the first time that I ever bought plants on-line. The experience was much better than I expected. All of the hedges (5 total) arrived faster than expected in exceptional packing. I got them in the ground immediately and so far, several weeks later, they seem fine.

I had a nice phone conversation with the salesman about what I wanted and my expectations for what I would receive. They did follow through with good service, a well packaged plant, and fast delivery.

When my mom passed we received a tree from a friend to plant in her honor. It looked pretty dead when we got it but, it was March so we thought maybe it just needed some time. So it was still a dead tree in June, unchanged. So we had to dig up the tree that we planted for my departed mom. So I called customer service. The idiot I spoke with made the process seem straitforward. The person who gifted the tree had paid for all the extras, fertilzer, gloves and the warranty for the tree $14.95. So the dummy I spoke with, when told the situation, said she would give me a code for the same value as the gift we got and I could go in and order a new one. Well, the code didn't cover anything but the tree. So we would have to pay shipping etc. that is pretty crummy in my opinion. So I called back and explained the new situation. I got a better person this time who voided the code and allowed me to select a comparable tree since the original pink dogwood was no longer available. She ordered it as a replacement and we didn't have to pay shipping this time. The tree that arrived (tree #2) also appears to be dead. It has no leaves and the two branches are brittle, but the trunk has some flexibility so i am hoping it is not totally dead. But fast growing these trees are certainly not. You will be lucky if you get a living one. I would say a more apt name would be Sticks in Dirt.
And my guess is they get away with sending dead trees to people as gifts for passed away loved ones etc because they are gifts, and the headache of dealing with them to try to replace the dead tree is something most people just give up on after they deal with the customer service. Avoid this place if you can would be my suggestion.
