Ordered many trees, shrubs and plants for a landscaping project. Everything was packed well and very healthy when they arrived

I called in six separate identical orders to be delivered throughout the Midwest. My call was handled with the best customer service I've had in quite a long time - very professional, polite and friendly. The products all arrived to their destinations in tip top shape and everyone was very pleased. HIGHLY recommend.

My first four shrubs arrived beautifully, the remaining 20 were lost, then 10 showed up dry and some out of their containers
I called and a replacement shipment for the lost ten was placed and I was told I would receive 12 to off set my inconvenience, but only 10 arrived in dry cracked pots.
This was a mistake.

Easy to buy but somewhat disappointed in the product

I purchased 2 sedum tiles. When received, one tile was placed on top of the other in the same box. This caused damage to the bottom layer of sedum…just hoping the survive. Maybe should have been shipped in two separate boxes.

My trees arrived well packaged and delicately placed so as not to move inside the box. They took right away and are thriving so far. Wish that they had a few more leaves but they are newly planted.

I purchased two small dogwood trees. One died within a few months of planting and meticulous care. For it, I received a store credit, as I bought the warranty coverage.
The second tree also recently died, but because I was a few days outside of the one year warranty, the service rep would not issue any credit for the dead tree.
Had this been purchased from a local tree farm/nursery, they would have absolutely made it right.

I thought I would try this site for the variety of options and convenience, but the quality of their trees are poor and they haven't yet figured out how to safely ship their trees. They will arrive damaged.

Ordered a 7/8 foot Peach tree in late April. It arrived mid May with no leaves or sprouts. All the upper branches were dead. After planting and waiting four weeks I contacted the company. After sending photos and negotiating with them, they agreed to issue an in store credit. The problem is they are now out of Peach trees so I will have to wait until next year.
It seems they have their reviews set up where you can only post a favorable one. I tried several times to post a negative review and it would not accept it. I would not trust their reviews because of this.

One of my zelkovas was damaged by FedEx despite the excellent packaging. I had to call FastGrowingTrees to lodge a complaint against FedEx and told them I thought the tree would survive. They sent a replacement anyway.

I got a well wrapped and healthy tree. I am so excited to seeing it growing.

I planted yellow and pink knockout trees. They started growing roses just after two weeks and they are already a half foot in height.

Nut trees did not arrive in good shape.
Broken and not in good shape

I had a question about a tree so I called and had a very nice and helpful associate answer my question. I received my tree when promised and it was well packed and healthy. I was just a little disappointed in the diameter of the tree for the cost, however, I will see if it grows 4 to 6 feet a year as advertised. So far it is doing fine.

Arrived quickly and had easy instructions on install. Miss Kim has been in the ground for a couple of weeks and appears to love it. Thanks you.

Was delivered in rough manner, thankfully was ok. Is fantastic and growth already seen. Love it

Lemon Bush arrived 2 weeks late, was no more than 6 inches tall (at a price of $89.90) was upended in a 4 foot carton with soil spilled and roots bared. When I called the company the agent initially insisted that a photo to document the plant's size was probably not adequate for a replacement unless it showed a ruler next to the original shipping pot: plant was already potted into a new cotainer and photo had been taken 30 miles away the previous day--difficult to to-do.

I received the first shrub that was not in good shape. One phone call and without any hesitation, they said it would be replaced. It arrived in great condition. Thank you.

The Dragon Fruit cactus seems to be doing fine but I ordered a one gallon pineapple tree and received a quart sized plant that so far may or may not make it.
