Our tree arrived within three days of online order. It was strong, healthy and beautiful! It went into shock for a couple of days, but then snapped out of it and is absolutely perfect!
I spent over $1000 on 5 trees the beginning of July. They were very disappointing and I called fast growing trees and was told to upload pictures. I did that and was contacted by Angela who said it had been over 30 days. Actually no. I ordered on June 26th but they weren't delivered until the 6th of July. So she offered me this. Pay $101 for a store credit for my now expensive dead trees. No thank you. You should be ashamed. Please don't waste your money on this company. They are terrible. I have a lot of plants and trees to buy for my restaurants outdoor garden. It's a shame this company wasn't willing to make this right. I'm embarrassed for them and I'm pretty angry at myself for nbuyingbfrom this shoddy online nursery. The trees I bought from both my local nursery (same variety) and shockingly at Home Depot were twice as lush and larger. Expensive lesson. They won't make it right
Quick delivery of healthy, well packaged plants. Thriving so far.
I purchased a Rainbow Eucalyptus and a Mulberry tree. I was thrilled with my purchase. I did quickly repot the small trees in excellent soil - and now they are growing!
The tree arrived promptly and was in excellent condition. It was already trained into 3 major branches offf the trunk. After 3 weeks the plant is very healthy. I will be purchasing from here again.
I had a situation where, on my first experience with FGT, my trees arrived during a heat wave of 100 degree weather. One of the trees I planted had a rough go of the journey. I spoke with FGT and they helped me navigate through making sure everything was okay and even followed up when I didn't respond to their email right away. I appreciated all the customer service from start to end and the trees are doing fabulously. I intend to purchase the rest of my new landscaping from them... and, by doing so, saving about 30-40% off my local nursery.
Fast delivery, easy purchasing process & accurate descriptions.
I ordered a plant online. Like many plants, each plant has multiple different names and this can be confusing. So I relied on the picture that they posted online when ordering. The plant I received in not anything like what they represented in the picture. So I email them. And of course, they refuse to correct the situation and instead "apologize" if the plant they showed online caused me to get confused. Imagine ordering shoes online and the company sends something completely different than the item in the picture. Sorry doesn't cut it. Spend your money with a company that has accurate photos of the item you (think) you are ordering. Buyer beware. FastGrowingTree.com has no problem taking your money and then sending you a bogus item. In the end, I am out $75 bucks and still don't have the plant I ordered.

I purchased some plants not realizing how big they would get in the area I wanted to plant them. I asked to be refunded on my purchase and received it with no problem. I have purchased from them in the past and my rose of Sharon is getting ready to bloom.
I bought six strawberry plants. I assumed the very high shipping price was due to them being shipped via a fast delivery method (2 day, etc) given how sensitive plants are to shipping. I didn't receive my plants for about 4 days after purchasing. In any event, the plants we received were half dead and completely not worth the price we paid. We opted not to leave any kind of review but we will almost certainly not order from you again and will not recommend you to any friends/relatives.

Had an issue with a plant after delivery & their associate was very courteous & helpful in resolving my problem
The company reached out and said to send them pictures which I did and they said go ahead and plant them and they should come back in a few months. Not what I wanted when ordering this and paying good money.

I'm very happy with the handling of my tree and my problem. The gardenia is doing well.
All trees arrived healthy. There was definitely leaf loss, but after a week of acclimation, all of them are putting out brand new leaves and growth. Really impressed with the quality and size of the trees.
Probably an anomaly but plant was almost dead. Previous purchases were great.
