Very knowledgeable and courteous folks. The tree I purchased was exactly as they described and, a month later, is still looking healthy. A pleasure to deal with these folks.

2 of my plants were delivered dead. That was disappointing.

Plants arrive smallpox than another site I have used, and these cost more, too. The way the lingonberry's were packed only set themselves up to not survive. And FedEx treats the boxes like they were footballs.

I thought the order process was straight forward and simple. Once I placed my order, processing and shipping was fast. My trees arrived in great shape! I'm going to order 10 more because they are such nice trees, and the price is comparable if not better than other companies.

Product shipped fast, the product description matched what was received. Very pleased.

I ordered and promptly received two fast growing hybrid poplars. Both were large trees (about 6 feet) as ordered. So far so good. One was sort of beat up and dried out. Planted it as directed (I have planted many trees in the past including some poplars) and it is still alive (but just barely). I doubt that it will survive the winter. The other tree is doing gangbusters great and growing like a weed. I guess 1 for 2 is not too bad but 2 for 2 would have been better.

When I received my Crepe Myrle it was in great condition, had easy to read instruction on how to plant. The same week I planted it, it had already bloomed. I was surprised on fast it took off! I will be purchasing again from FastGrowingTrees in the furture!

Last shipment of 6 trees came bone dry, root balls like powder. No leaves just sticks. I had previously received trees and they came with leaves and perfect. Unfortunately this set of 6 came dead

My tree came in perfectly wrapped condition and ready to stand. Clear instructions and great help.

I have been very impressed (2 purchases now) with how well FGT does with packaging their plants for shipment and also with the condition of plants on arrival especially since they have been arriving midsummer in heat and humidity. Plants were fairly priced for the quality of product. Everything is thriving a month after the first purchase.

When I submitted the order I really thought the trees would arrive in 2-3 days. They didn't. A week later I received an email seeking clarification of the delivery address. I called several days after responding to the email. Your staff is lovely but I was told that they still didn't have a firm idea of when they would deliver. We picked a future date after my short vacation. I assume I will receive the trees soon but the company has not gone out of its way to communicate upcoming details.

TREE ARRIVED BOXED AND IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. IT HAS BEEN PLANTED IN MY BACKYARD. CAN'T WAIT TILL NEXT YEAR AND THE FLOWERS IT MAY PRODUCE.

HI- I ordered 3 plants- two were were great, the third was damaged badly during shipping. Customer service was great and offered to send me a new plant, which I accepted. I have not received the new plant yet and it supposedly shipped a week ago.

Awesome products. I've only had great experiences with them. Once some of my plants died in transit and they replaced all of them.

Im sad because the order arrived quickly, the instructions were great but the trees are not doing well.

This is the third tree I ordered, and they all arrived healthy and happy. They are thriving in my yard. The last order I placed, I forgot to enter the code for my $50 gift card. I emailed to ask if it could still be applied, and they promptly responded and refunded $50 and tax
