Word to the wise. If anyone is travelling in the future and booking with a flight or Hotel through Orbitz or Expedia, PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE. It is a rip off. I cancelled a trip over a month ago and they refuse to reimburse me my hotel costs. I have written to FTC, Government and other representatives regarding their bad faith practices. It is time we put these insurance companies out of business and stop them from ripping off Consumers.
