I found Translationproz, just by searching the internet and writing to those services. And the first thing that immediately stood out was their quick response, willingness to answer several questions, and professional presentation if themselves.
My request was to translate my own Victim's Statement from English to Spanish. But I needed it in 24 hours instead of their usual 48 hour turnaround and I provided it to them on a Saturday so I needed it on a Sunday or first thing in the morning Monday! It was a 800 word document that expressed strong feelings and needed to maintain the subtle meaning and a persuasive intent. It was a critically important document.
Having very little Spanish language skills myself, and knowing that Google translation online is only approximate, when I provided they're translations to my lawyer and other officials I had no idea what quality the translations was. But I can't imagine going somewhere else, and getting a higher quality.
