The service I received was completely different from what was promised in their advertisement. They claim to have professional translators, but the letter I received was poorly written and unprofessional — honestly, Google Translate could have done a better job. The service was also much slower than advertised, and the final result left me shocked, disappointed, and embarrassed to use it. I had to find another solution on my own. When I contacted customer service to explain the situation, they did not want to listen and refused to provide the refund that was promised for unsatisfactory results. This is misleading and unacceptable. Overall, the experience feels like a scam — not a serious or trustworthy place, especially when dealing with such a sensitive matter as translating an important document. I regret that before using this service, I didn't look deeper into the reviews, because I later saw many negative ones from people who had the same experience as I did. I was charged twice, and although one charge was refunded for the hard copy service, I am still requesting a refund for the full amount.

After 4 days and multiple emails, I still received nothing. They later claimed they requested more documents — but no such request was ever made to me. I requested a refund before any work had begun, yet they refused and kept the payment, claiming they had already started. Because of their delay and refusal to refund, I had to hire and pay another local translator, which cost me an additional 200 AUD (134 USD). In total, I've spent almost 288 USD for a simple 2‑page document due to their failure to deliver and refusal to refund. To make things worse, they appear to operate under multiple business names, which makes it harder for customers to find honest reviews and hold them accountable. In my experience, this company does not honor their advertised turnaround times and refuses refunds even when no service is delivered. Be very cautious before paying them — this is not good business practice.

Translation and affidavit

I ordered 2 documents for translation and they accepted my orders and charged me for both. Shortly after they came back to me and advised they could not translate from one language to another and might go through intermediate English translation (2 steps translation) and wanted to double charge me for that document. Though both languages are on their supported list!
I cancelled the second order and asked for a full refund. I received confirmation email but refund never came back to my account and after 3 weeks of waiting, I sent them another email, asking again for my refund progress. They ignored me and never bothered to respond on my emails. I initiated a dispute case with my bank requesting refund. After that this company started to harass me sending emails demanding I would cancel my refund and close the case. This is a fraud company. My advice, stay away if your documents need translation from languages other than English. Since, this is not an Australian company, I cannot initiate a proper case against them with local authorities, but want to warn other people to stay away and go for other trusted online translators.

I needed a translation done for my sons HSC, for a student visa, I looked around and got 3 quotes, they were the lowest, but quoted in US dollars and tried to hide it, never got an official receipt, and when I checked my bank I saw they had taken about 40% more than they told me! Then I got nothing but lies, and had to cancell my card, and won't give me a refund, telling me it was finished. It couldn't have been finished, as the translator asked ME! To spell all the names before she could start, but I never responded, because I asked them for a refund and to cancel.
